Robert Really made me SO Happy ? when he apologized for the room we were given (on the 3rd floor) when my husband and I arrived, the Black receptionist said it's a $150 Deposit! ? Robert even sweetened ? the check-out by reassuring that my $150 deposit PLUS $52 would be put back on my credit ? card by 3 to 5 days!?Wyndham app doesn't tell you about the $150 deposit when you make your reservation at that Days Inn and our room key didn't work because she forgot to activate them! We had to take the keys back down the elevator from the 3rd floor to get the Oriental Night Manager to activate our 2 keys and he nicely apologized and came up to make sure the keys work! ?Then when we got in the room the door lock was tampered with as if it had been broken into! The manager didn't stay to see it and I took pictures of the defective things that we didn't know about or she KNEW about so they would not blame us for and not give my $150 deposit back on my Government card!?
Rooms: Our room was terrible and not like some of the suites which a Platinum member should have!
Nearby activities: There were none!
Safety: Need more service!
Walkability: Yes, if you CAN walk across an overpass!

Place is a dump. Coffee maker does not work. No ice makers. Walls floor and pretty much everything has stains. It's just a dump. I had 2 nights booked and only stayed one. I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. . I should have read the reviews prior to booking. Ownership obviously knows the conditions of this place with all the apologies on the reviews. Don't waist your money

I see people say that the rooms are out dated. And this hotel still hasn’t fix the issues that people are saying. I only stayed here because it was cheaper than all the hotel during Aftershock concert weekend. I mean prices were like $250 a night everywhere else . Anyway, the hotel room was dirty and blankets and sheets were old and burnt cigarettes hole all over the bed and curtains. The power outlets did not hold the plugs in the wall. They just fell out. The tv was small and the HDMI on back of tv didn’t work. Etc. I would not stay here again! I just stayed there because I had to and option were limited. It’s so sad that the hotel can’t afford to replace all the blankets!!! Wtf

This was the worst hotel I've ever been to. If I had the money for any other place I would not have stayed. The room was disgusting. Stains on everything, burn holes in all the blankets, disgusting carpet, random dried bits of colorful goo, etc etc. The bathroom door doesn't close all the way, the sink was clogged when we got here (the fixed it and left disgusting water residue all over the sink and counter), almost none of the outlets work, the TV is so fuzzy you cant watch anything and its so old you cant plug anything in to it, theres garbage all over the ground outside... and we had to get new key cards three times because they reset our lock every time they came into our room to fix something or clean. Breakfast is old fruit and tiny wrapped pastries. The only good thing I can say about this place is I dont THINK there are any bed bugs...

If I could give this zero stars I would.Worst room I've ever stayed in and I travel for a living. Roaches, no microwave, TV didn't work, no water pressure just to name a few of the issues we encountered.

Dirty, no cont breakfast as advertised, no check in before 4pm. We felt unsafe. Windows dirty, TV control worked part time. Door to room hard to open not sure it locked. Go to another motel close by. This is ready for the homeless.

This place is a disaster, I can't believe Wyndham has their name on it. Never again will I waist my money here.
Ask for a wake-up call, doesn't happen.
First room I got, TV was broken, bed was terrible.
Second room I got, a/c didn't work. It was cooler outside than in the room. And nobody really cared.
Walking through the place is like a scene out of a movie. NO WATER IN THE POOL

This is a really run-down place. I stayed here with full expectation that I was going to get what I paid for. Shower and a bed is all I need. This place is rough even so, and I think it is housing some folks off the street. I am sure I will get a super hopeful response from the "owner," but I do not think there is any hope and the only way to get this place back is to gut it.

Absolutely terrible place! Don't stay here. Booked for 3 days and went to check in on 8/4/24 only to find that the lobby was closed and unattended. Had a note on the window saying back in 15 minutes. Waited for more than 30 minutes before this lady shows up in her car. Goes inside and asks me "how can I help?" I told her that I am here to check in and waiting for last 30 minutes. Added that the least you could do is apologize for the long wait. She instantly got triggered and said that she doesn't like my attitude and won't check me in. I insisted not to do that and I just flew 30 hours and exhausted. She asked me to leave and threatened to call the cops. Never have I met anyone like her in hospitality profession. She left me hanging at 8 pm with no where to go just because she has an ego the size of sun and won't accept her mistake. Never going to this property again.

My room looked like one of those movie scenes where the cartel could’ve mistaken my room. Could’ve been rent per hour places. The AC barely worked.
The staff was nice but I ended up leaving fairly quickly and got an Airbnb for about the same price.

We were there for a baseball tournament and in a bind with everything else booked. One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. Do not stay here. The bedding and curtains were covered in cigarette burns. There were massive, disgusting stains on the threadbare carpet. There were missing dresser drawers, a missing lampshade, and a missing microwave. There were holes in the walls including a huge one in the bathroom. Everything smelled as if someone had urinated in the entire room. The shower would not drain. The tile in the bathroom had huge jagged cracks. The towels were dirty.
And the promised “breakfast” was a bowl of mushy apples and smashed dollar store pastries.
Awful place to stay.
The only positive was the girl at Check in was really sweet. I hope she finds somewhere clean and nice to work in the future.
