Just bought a Maytag washer and dryer, used it 5 times and it is defective, will not allow for enough water to clean close properly and makes a high pitch noise. Home depot won't take it back or give me store credit to buy another.

We had a terrific experience with Glenn today at this store location, we had preciously places and large online order of blocks which never got a delivery scheduled (though the lady I spoke with before placing the order said yeah no Problem Monday is 5 days a week we can get it there by then).. we were able to track them down to this store, it was .com that made the error not this site, as there seems to be a shortage in semi drivers, but Glenn and his fellow co workers worke

I don’t recommend anything about Home Depot!! Just had the worst customer service experience!! Tried to have a Home Depot referral for replacing a sliding glass door and window. Scheduled an in-home consult for 7/13 at 6:30. No show no call. I rescheduled an apt for 7/15 at 9:30am. No call no show again! I called to check status and basically they told me I would have to reschedule again wasted two days waiting on poor service and wouldn’t recommend there services to anyone.

We worked with a guy named Max who helped us really well with our unique L-shaped bathroom vanity wrap that we pieced together. He was very patient and knew the special order lines pretty well. I was not as impressed as I had hoped with the cabinet finish quality or I would have given 5 stars. But the ordering experience was very good.

Everytime I come in to get whatever little nicknack i need, i usually find it pretty quickly. Staff is usually great and helpful. One especially has always been around to help. Her name is Judy. She is great and always helpful. Store is usually always organized, over all experience is great. Thanks Judy for all your outstanding help and customer service!!

Their online ordering is a mess and your order is lost by the time you get there after confirmation. Nothing is ready and the younger ones make the 60 year old working moms do all the lifting. The men hide and you are told they are on a hour lunch break when ever you need something pulled or loaded. Disgusted. Don't bother with the chat as they just prevoke you and try to cancel your order. I think they are imploding.

I placed an order online to pick up later in the day. When I arrived I noticed that I did not have my photo ID. I had the order number, items ordered, amount and everything else you can think of but they would not release the order to me. The total amount of the order was $54 so it wasn't a $5,000 order where I would understand requiring a photo ID. When I asked the woman(her name was Jody) if all of the items were picked and ready to go she said "yes". I then asked if she could cancel the order and I will use apple pay to purchase the items she said she could not cancel the order without a photo ID. I decided to drive back home(10 miles each way) only to come back to Jody at the counter again. I gave her my photo ID and she told me that one of the items was out of stock. This was the only item that I needed from the order and when I reminded her of the question I asked before I left to get my photo ID her response was "oh well I'm sorry". She not only wasted my time and gas but I did not get what was the main purpose of my order, the PVC extender. When I confronted the manager, she searched the area for the PVC tubes but no luck. She told me that she would have "a talk" with Jody about this. A talk??? When your employee blatantly lies to a customer I think you should have more that just a talk. Needless to say, they finally cancelled my order and went to Lowe's down the street and purchased what I needed. I am very frustrated with this store and have frequently visited this store in the past few years since I moved here. I will make it a point to NEVER visit this store again. Bad customer service and bad management.

This place is great, the company in general is loved by me and my family. We were on the area when we decided to pick up the rest of our new closet idea. You see, our upstairs bedroom does not have a closet. And so in the shelving/closet section- they offer lots of ideas. They offer shelve colors in white, grey, black, or natural wood shades from dark to light. I got two 4 feet grey ones because my room has a grey theme. They for $2.99 each we got grey metal holders. The holders come in each color as well. Lastly, a pole. The poles come in each color again and they all extend, if they are plastic. The wood ones do not. All of this ended up costing about $45.00 for the two in my room. I think that's super affordable and the finished product looks great! Everything is very convenient and you can mix and match all you'd like. This store is always great for clean up projects. I always suggest it!

Worst service and lack of interaction from reps to manager. To get the attention of the worker is impossible, and when you do they are rude and short in their conversation. I Have a commercial account which means nothing at this location. I live 1/4 mile away but rather give my business to the Howe Home Depot location were I am treated with respect. I have been a commercial Tech 40 years, needing to purchase materials, but will make sure not to do my business here.

What an experience! I went in today to pick up a propane tank for our new outdoor patio heater. So, I find the one I'm looking for and take it up to the checkout with the intention of price-matching the identical item at Lowe's. I let the cashier know my intentions and she calls over an older gentleman named Mike, apparently the afternoon / evening manager. He proceeds to tell us that they "don't price match Lowe's, they're not our competitor, but we will as a courtesy to our customers." Huh? You don't price match Lowe's and you say they're not your competitor? Well, your price match policy online says, "We will match and BEAT any retailer on an identical in stock advertised item." ANY RETAILER! So, he price matches the propane tank (all of $4.50 difference in price) and I ask him about the 10% beyond the price match. "He says we don't do that here." Well, I check out and get my things back to the truck, then proceed to go back into customer service to find out more about the match and beat sign I saw in-store. None of them seemed to have a clear understanding on it either so they call over the manager - here comes Mike. I explain it to him and show him the sign and he proceeds to tell me that they don't do that, even though there's a HUGE sign on the end cap of an aisle, and that he was going to have the sign taken down. Mind you, this is still their price match policy they share online - to meet and beat any retailer's advertised price on an equivalent item. So, I tell him, "Come over here - let's take a picture in front of the sign for social media so they know who won't honor their advertised price match policy." Clearly he didn't want to take a picture - he then proceeded to grumble and tell his staff to, "Just do it, have a nice day." The staff was surprised - we're over here grinding over $3 dollars and an advertised price match policy, and this manager says he won't honor it. I knew the moment this guy said that "Lowe's isn't our competitor..." that he wasn't the right guy to make this decision. All in all, it became a matter of principle, not the $3. I'd recommend avoiding this place unless you absolutely have to come. The Arden one is a little bit "rough around the edges" in a lot of ways but they'll be the one I go to, if I don't end up at Lowe's first. To the HD online mark team, someone needs to correct this manager and get him in line with corporate policy. He's a nice enough guy - he certainly wasn't rude, but he had no idea what he was talking about.

Do not have them install water heaters for you. They contract a shady company... Delta Mechanical. Installer didn't show up. Purchased a water heater thru Home Depot and Delta Mechanical is the POS company contracted to install. Installer calls me at 11:30 am and says... Hey Im done early, can I come out? I said no Im at work and scheduled for 4. He said ok. My window of time came and went. I was fuming. I called and texted the installer... No response. Emailed the guy who sent me an invoice.. No reponse. Called Home Depot no help. Finally 1 hr after they were supposed to show up Delta calls me and says he went, saw it was raining and couldn't install today! First off, my neighbor was home and saw no one come on our property. Second no rain. Third our water heater is hidden and no one would know where its located! Delta Mechanical is a scam.. Avoid at all costs! Taking my money elsewhere.
