This place is a straight scam! Had me drive two hours in traffic with 108 degree heat to tell me the car was at the shop getting repairs. He tried showing me a smaller car with more mileage for the same price. The cars he had to show me were dusty smelly and were filthy. There was still dust left on the cars knooks where body work had been done on a clean tittle car. The car i originally came to see he said went in for airbag recall and that it made a clicking noise and they couldn't figure it out. So basically the dim Witt receptionist made me an appointment and knew the car wasn't there because when I showed up she wasn't around! They basically entice you and waist your time by getting your hopes of getting a good deal just so they can get you down there to show you other cars. Don't waist your time with these rejects unless you want to get the run around

I gave this "stealership" a 5 star rating at first. I'm glad I could edit my rating and give them the proper rating. I traveled from San Jose to Sacramento to check out and buy from them a 2019 Mustang Bullitt on September 7th. I know much about cars so I tried to eyeball things that could be wrong on the car. There were, like the Bullitt grill and strut tower were missing and a standard Mustang grill was installed. No biggie, I can replace those parts to make in an original Bullitt. I asked them before I got to their business did the car have a clean title which they said yes but when I got there, they said the car had a minor accident on the driver's side front which I spotted. I failed to notice the interior lights didn't work because the test drive was during the day. Again, that was something I could trouble shoot and fix. The reverse plunger on the manual transmission shifter sticks and now two weeks of owning the car, the car idling at a stop light surges and threatens to stall (which it has six times already). The digital dash readout randomly shut off completely for 5-10 seconds while driving (twice already). Now I have a check engine light on. I knew I should have brought my code reader when I went to see this car. I do not recommend this business. They butter you up when you get there in order to sale you their overpriced junk. I can't believe I didn't follow my gut instinct and avoided these major red flags.

Very rude. Spoke with a lady named Jazmine throughout the whole process, the day we get to the dealership to purchase the vehicle they ALREADY ran my credit and approved me for just to tell me the vehicle is “recalled” due to airbag. refused to allow me to talk to jazmine, when I tried to reach out and figure out why I wasn’t told the day before “Jazmine” stopped answering calls and texts. doesn’t like to accept certain individuals money just because you don’t look up to their standards. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND VERY RACISTS COMPANY.

The start of the experience was great, I had first noticed an ad on Facebook and upon walking in I was kindly welcomed by Jeiro Romero. I explained my situation and he showed me plenty of options within my price range, took his time with showing me various features, and helping out as much as he could.
Due to work, I came in about 30 minutes prior to closing, so agreed to come in within the next day considering my driver license was pending from one state to another. During that first evening however, we were about to essentially purchase the vehicle, however declined the $2.5K in-house warranty offered by one of the sales gentleman. Once we stated there was no reason for such considering the vehicle is sold as is, the attitude of the salesman shifted completely in which he stated we must have the in-house warranty in order for a bank to accept us, a co-signer, or a much larger down payment. In addition, he unprofessionally and disrespectfully promised that there was no other location that would sell us a vehicle equivalent to his abilities. He also mentioned how if we do not purchase the warranty then their dealership would not “be responsible for anything, even if the car were to break down tomorrow.” After heading out and walking towards our vehicle, he followed behind and asked if I spoke Arabic. He then explained to me in Arabic that there was issues with my partners pay stubs and length of work, as well as the discrepancies regarding the transfer of state license situation, and that he would have to “do some extra work,” in order to qualify us.
The following day, we agreed that despite not having the physical driver license, Jasmine said that it would be no problem if we put a specific down payment down. We returned to the dealership, and considering it was a weekend, we were unable to pull any cash, however we were offered the option of Zelle or Apple Pay - which was extremely flexible and helpful. Unfortunately due to credit limitations I was unaware of, I ended up using their card machine to process the total down payment which also included $450 for their in-house insurance. The gentleman who seemed in charge was very flexible and understanding and walked me towards the room to complete my payment with Jasmine. However, even upon this simple transaction, Jasmine’s attitude was poor, short, and unprofessional in which she even tossed the receipt of my payment after it printed. Even when asking questions during the transition process, her attitude was blunt, short and rude.
I would recommend due to their variety and options. Definitely a beautiful dealership, with many selections, however poor customer service which definitely transforms one’s experience with any purchase - especially a car.

Absolutely thrilled with my first experience at Sacramento Luxury Motors! From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was welcomed by Brian who treated me like I was family and not a client. The selection of vehicles was impressive, and I found the perfect one that truly exceeded all my expectations.
The purchasing process was seamless and transparent, thanks to George their finance manager. This was honestly one of the faster car purchases I’ve ever done. Bryan took the time to explain all the features of my new BMW, ensuring I felt confident and excited about my purchase. The attention to detail and customer service was incredible!
I highly recommend Sacramento Luxury Motors. They made buying my BMW a memorable experience, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Five stars all the way!

I’m reading a lot of reviews that sound exactly like what happened to us. Called to ask about a car and spoke to Jasmine. Told her that we would be there at a specific time later that day and she even called back to ask if we were coming and we confirmed. Drove almost an hour in traffic only to see the car we wanted being driven off the lot as we pulled in. Then they said since we were there, might as well test drive another car. Seemed like a bait and switch like they knew the car was going to sell but didn’t tell us so we would still come in and they could get us to look at something else. Wasted gas and time all because they didn’t have the customer service, ethics, or courtesy to let us know that someone else was working on an offer or interested.
