My wife and I had a great experience. Fitness Outlet had by far the best selection of exercise bikes in the area; we were able to try multiple styles and models out to figure out what would be best for us, with the help of their staff.I would definitely recommend them for equipment needs and will be back should we need more equipment in the future.

Chris Ono was fantastic. Not only did he help us get great equipment at a great price but he also shared his expertise in applied kinesiology so that I would use the equipment appropriately. If you need exercise equipment if any kind go see Chris at the Fitness Outket!

I've had fantastic experiences in working with the Fitness Outlet. As a teacher I've purchased a variety exercise equipment as part of the fitness program with my students. I have found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable about their equipment, and willing to discuss my needs and how to best serve by students. Not only have they always been friendly and professional, but they are extremely timely which is very important to us as educators. I will always seek the service and equipment of the Fitness Outlet and highly recommend them if you are in need of exercise equipment.

In need of finding out about gym equipment from someone who is not only knowledgable, but has your best interest at heart? Then head to The Fitness Outlet at 11327 Folsom Blvd., #110, Rancho Cordova, (916) 635-5555, and talk to Chris Ono, Manager.My husband and I went in to discuss rowing machines, and got an education. When Chris saw that the machines on the floor were too big for our apartment, he encourage us to check out smaller machines online. Are you looking for quality free weights, selectorized strength equipment, or cardio equipment (itreadmills, ellipticals, cycles, rowers, and Pilates reformers)? If you are, check out Fitness Outlet in Rancho Cordova, CA. Chris and Mike are super knowledgeable and have a great easy going demeanor. They carry new merchandise in brand names like Life Fitness, Hoist, Bodycraft, and Lemond. I just named a few brands, they have a bunch more. If you don't see the equipment in the shop, ask them because possibly they have it in the stockroom in the back or can order it. The staff realize that it is a major purchase and don't pressure folks. They actually encourage folks to test out the equipment. Even though hubs and I have been customers for over 15 years, we tend to take our time making a decision and go back to the shop often to look and test equipment. Often times we don't make a purchase. With that said, each time back, we are greeted and welcomed. No awkwardness. The prices are competitive due the brands. Customer service is outstanding.

Very nice employee was helpful with trying out different ellipticals. They had more machines of all types in stock than anywhere else I've gone in the Sacramento placer area.

I have never met anyone more giving then Chris Ono. His knowledge and experience of rehabilitation is very rare. We have been dealing with a very difficult situation and he has made it easier to deal with. Thank you so much Chris!

Before ordering a Merrithew reformer online from Fitness Outlet, I called and spoke with customer support to inquire about the wait time. I was assured that I would receive the reformer no later than five weeks from the date of placing the order. I placed the order on 7/31. Today I FINALLY received confirmation that the reformer will be delivered next week - a full eight weeks after placing the order. I would NOT have ordered from Fitness Outlet if I had known that I would have to wait eight weeks to receive the reformer. I feel misled by the company.

Chris helped us choose a treadmill and delivered it this morning. Chris is very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. He reminded us several times that we could contact him with any initial issues and that he would come back to help resolve them. We recommend this business highly.

My Spirit XBR55 Recumbent Bike within the warranty period needed to be replaced due to a problem with the flywheel and magnetic resistance controller. After an independent repairman determined it to be defective, the manufacturer dispatched a brand new bike directly to me. I contacted Fitness Outlet of Sacramento where I purchased the old bike and without any hesitancy or finger pointing, they came to my residence, assembled the bike and removed the defective equipment. Their response happened within "1 day" of my notifying them the new bike had arrived. In my mind, that is exemplary customer service.

Great experience overall, very friendly and helpful salesperson Mike who helped us get what we needed and got it assembled and delivered. One star off for no mask needed policy for employees, which is against current public health guidelines and made us feel unsafe, especially given the current COViD surge.

I found The Fitness Outlet after some careful research on treadmills online and decided that this was where I wanted to purchase. It was already 5 months into the Covid 19 pandemic lifestyle with no gym access. I meet Chris and ask him about his inventory and you can see that he has been busy due to the pandemic with many other like minded customers because it was limited with equipment. I decide to order the Spirit XT385 treadmill and although we hit a bit of a delay with its delivery, I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. Chris struck me as a man of character when I met him and he handled the mishap with grace and who couldn't appreciate a salesman following up with you the customer. Chris was honorable in his decision to cover delivery and installation to provide me with a great customer experience with my purchase. I would and I have recommended other friends and acquaintances to check in with Chris if they are interested in purchasing fitness equipment.

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up purchasing a product that was not on display in the store but they were able to inform me of the advantages of the product. While waiting for delivery, my questions were answered courteously and accurately. I would definitely patronize Fitness Outlet in the future if I had fitness equipment needs.

After ordering a treadmill from Proform on August 16, 2020, and never getting it, I canceled my order and placed one through Nordictrack on October 31, 2020. After delays and excuses I gave up, canceled my order and went to The Fitness Outlet. I must say I wish I knew about this place back in August. Chris was a tremendous help to me. I purchased a Bowlfex treadmill on January 9, 2021. It was delivered to my home and assembled on January 13, 2021. Thank you Chris!!!
