Junior(JR) Guillen at the Rancho Cucamonga, California location, is knowledgeable and motivating in his Personal Training. He assisted my daughter, 23 and myself 58 in learning proper warm-ups, stretches, and machine use in order for both of us to utilize what works individually and together. JR is pleasant to work with and motivated us to get moving and enjoying our workout(after the pain..lol). If you need someone to push you and meet your goals, JR is your guy.

Machines are extremely worn out and bathrooms can use some daily cleaning and their not 24hrs, why have that name if not going be open 24hrs, no excuses.

I joined the other day after a tour from Kenny. I was shown the basketball court and all the other facilities. Kenny was professional and answered all my questions. Equipment looked clean and maintained. I recommend take a tour to see the pool, multi-purpose fitness room, steam room and all the other great stuff they have.
