I called in advance to ask if they had the America the Beautiful annual pass. The employee mentioned they did. I drove half an hour to this location just to purchase the pass. When I arrived, I went straight to the checkout line and they informed me they do not have the pass available. I told him I spoke with an employee who told me they did, and they said they’re “sorry” but they don’t. What a terrible experience as this was my first and last time coming here.

I have been coming to this REI for probably close to 10 years now and have never had a bad experience. They really outdid themselves in the bike shop yesterday, though. Rob and Lauren absolutely hooked it up with my plan to surprise my girlfriend with a new bike. They went above and beyond to make it a great experience and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much! Highest recommendation!

I've been taken to shop at different REIs since I was a child. Always had a great experience. Until this REI, where I bought a nice Gregory bag, whose chest strap broke under very normal use after just a few months. The bag is very hard to use without the strap. Every other REI I've ever been to honors their replacement/fix policy within the year you bought it. This store refused, and told me I would have to contact Gregory myself and see if they could fix it! Maybe this store just doesn't make a lot of money or is mismanaged or something. But they just don't show the service or pride in the brand that every other REI store I've been to. Lost a bit of faith in REI, have been getting gear at other places instead. Because why am I gonna shop at REI if they don't honor their policies.

Purchased the most comfortable shoe in my life at the rei. The guys always super helpful at the shoe section! Shout out to the guy who work there also love Porsche 911 GT3!!!

I came to this location to inquire if they sold patches for an air mattress, and the young lady I asked, looked at me blankly, looked at her phone and said “Stay put , and I’ll check “ and never returned I waited about a good 10 minutes before I left the store.
Terrible customer service.

The guy in the shoe department was super sweet and helpful with finding a new running shoe for my over pronation. Carlos who checked me out and helped me with an exchange was for sure not a personality hire. Rude, defensive tone (unsure why?), and straight up not giving the usual REI positive customer service I’ve received in the past. Love this store but not Carlos.
