The traditional checkout line is always long. If you decide to use the self checkout, you can guarantee that any coupons used will not work without having to call an employee over. Good luck with that because there never seem to be enough employees and if there are, they are either incapable or unwilling to help. CVS gets you in to the store with coupons and such and then gives such difficulty using them. It’s a bait and switch business model and I am personally over it.

One of the reasons I prefer CVS is the huge selection of products and the store has a very large number of employees so help is always available. The prices are very competitive and there is a large pharmacy staff.

Subpar pharmacy and retail store. Annoying beyond repair. I don’t approve of the customer service here and it’s just so comical how immature a lot of the workers are here in Washington. I recommend several boring meetings on customer service.

Put a different attendant at the front desk. Not Katrina, she was very helpful, although she was having much the same problem I was having with two coupons not being recognized by the scanner.\n\nIt started out when I walked over from the battery carousel with a battery, and ask the girl at the front desk the price of the battery(s). Rather than check the price she pointed in the direction of the isle and said to use the scanner. I went back and found the scanner not user friendly. I did not now where to place the item to be scanned. I went back to the girl that was to lazy to check the price at the front desk, and she walked back with MUCH attitude and showed me how to scan the item.\nI took the item to the exit pay scanner and the machine was having problems reading my battery election, and the coupons. She called Katrina over who also could not get the coupons to scan. She took me to a register, where there were more problems with the coupons not being read by the scanner. She managed to get through the purchase. Katrina was very helpful in a difficult situation. The other girl with attitude should not be working with customers with her POOR, unhelpful attitude. The employees are CVS, and their cooperative nature is important to your business.

Have most of what you need, although they house hold and cleaning section is much smaller than in other places.

Not a good place to get a vaccine. Appointments are required. I showed up on time, and waited 45 minutes before I had to leave, even though there were not that many people visiting the pharmacy. When I asked what was taking so long right before I left, they told me they "were swamped" and laughed about it and walked away.

I love CVS. The prices are great, the stores are clean and products are well stocked. I always find what I need. I love the extra bucks too!

I really appreciate my local CVS but I went for a covid booster and flu booster and have been sick since - over two weeks ago. So what went wrong?

We moved here from Maryland where we used CVS. The pharmacy here is soooo much better. The staff are courteous and clearly are working very hard. We prefer this high level of quality service!

This store has quite literally the worst pharmacy and associated staff. Nothing is ever ready in a timely manner, and if it is, they consistently manage to louse up some component of insurance, quantity or availability. The cashiers are useless and the other staff could care less about folks waiting. There’s one older cashier whose hearing is failing, doesn’t know how to use computer, or can’t find anything in their antiquated script filing area. The line is almost always 5 to 10 people deep and takes over 30 minutes to reach the front. They have a host of folks working, but no one ever calls for backup or jumps in to help clear the queue. Avoid this place at all costs.

Never understand that if this is one of the busiest CVS in the valley, why they only have one person checking people out. Always expect to stand in line to get your prescriptions for at least 30 minutes.

My Rx was 150mg and it was filled as 15mg plus an attidude from the pharmacist. No apology for the screw up. Obviously I am taking my business elsewhere.
