Sanded my nails. Sanded my cuticles. I requested not to cut cuticles...now they're peeling. They gave a dirty towel then flipped it. Still dirty. I had gel done Thursday & today is Monday. Chipping. It was $45!

Do not go to this shop!! My manicure was very good and the employees were very nice. However, my pedicure was the worst ever! That evening my big toe began to throb, and the pain got so bad I was taking Tylenol round the clock. I kept thinking it would get better but finally went to Urgent Care where I was told the nail was cut incorrectly and way too short, so it cut into the skin and an infection set it. Am now soaking the foot 3 times daily and applying antibiotic ointment but in the meantime I cannot wear my shoes and am still taking Tylenol. Am told it will take a few more days to heal. I will never go back.

Funny thing I didn't even enter the spa. I called this morning to see if they could do two pedicures they said no so I moved on then on my phone I was left a horrible long message very rude to someone named Billy that's not me all I did was call to see if they were open and this woman went on and on so I called her told her I was not Billie and to please not call my phone number and she was yelling at me screaming at me and beyond rude so I will never recommend this salon. I will never set foot in the salon, something tells me 2024 is not going to be a good year for them

I am a friendly person, and appreciate a good nail spa. I have rarely, if ever, been treated so coldly by a complete stranger, as I was by the owner of this spa who did my mani/pedi. The level of consideration for the customer, outside of the actual nail procedure, was so low that my technician talked over my daughter and I's conversation with the technician next to her for a very long time---actually, to the point where my daughter and I had to cease our conversation because they were talking so loudly. Although she did a lovely job on my nails, it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had in a nail salon. I would not go back to River Nails if it was the last nail spa on earth.

Absolutely rude just rude is how I describe the manager or owner. She doesn't even smile and on top of that over priced for low quality work! The attitude alone justifies why people shouldn't come to your salon! And on top of that the massage on my chair didn't work, I heard others next to me complaining about the chairs too! I wanted my nails cleaned and I left with uncleaned unfinished and unprofessionally manicure work!
