Excellent and very helpful people here at this Walgreens. Ample parking and handicapped spaces are available. This is a very clean and very pleasant store. They process your medications very quickly and efficiently and notify you by text, if you choose to do so.This store has a wide array of cosmetics, along with everything else you need. A must-stop shopping place that you will enjoy.

Zero stars would be better. Pharmacy Closed weekends. Closed evenings. Prescriptions never ready even when you call. Embarrassingly uninterested in doing remotely what is promised. Text messages and emails do not reflect anything in reality. Just switched all my prescriptions to mail. Store is just as bad. Waited over half an hour for a prescription that would be “ready by 2” - gave up and went to front counter to pay for incidentals I picked up waiting. No one there. 3 employees over in photo, with no customers, chatting and watching me. I waited. Nothing. No checker. I left my items and went home to order from Amazon. Worst run outfit I’ve found and I gave them 6 months to get better. Waste of time. Stay away.

The hours at most of the Walgreens are an inconvenience. What used to be 24 hours on date palm and cathedral city is not. And this specific location on Dinah shore and Bob Hope is closed when the website says it's open. Not to mention that I try to get my medications transferred to a different Walgreens and the customer service was terrible. The lady that picked up the phone wanted me to call the other Walgreens to get them transferred. But I got her to transfer the medications for me. She was very rude and wanted to hang up after the first medication was transferred but I had multiple. This location is definitely not a friendly pharmacy. The laziness that people demonstrate I do not understand. I'm sure they get paid by the hour, so not like she was going anywhere.

Brenda at Walgreens is amazing! She always goes above and beyond for people! I just picked up my RX and she reminded me of upcoming Rex's and said she could get them ready now, I said tomorrow is fine. I know it has been hard there due to having pharmacist staffing, but she kept her cool with customers even when they were rude and unreasonable. She took the time to call my drs office and my insurance in order to get my prescriptions. Always smiling even in a seemingly chaotic work environment.

This particular location has wonderful people who, like so many, are hampered by not having enough help. That said, their automated system through which you can request refills is less than reliable. Be sure to follow up by phone if you use it.

This pharmacy was my second choice since the Monterey Walgreens Pharmacy has completely devolved. The Dinah Shore location was reliable until most recently when they disconnected their phone line. If I can ever get my rx’s retrieved, I’ll be switching to CVS. This is disappointing. I’ve used Walgreens (Monterey) for nearly 20 years. I will never go back once I get my transfer through… if I can ever get that to happen

If I could give them no stars, I would. Yesterday, I went to Walgreens to fill a prescription for my husband who just tested positive for COVID19. The pharmacy was closed for a lunch break at 2 pm. It appears that they have one pharmacist. A sign posted there said they would be closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I have a chronic illness that requires over $100,000 a year in pharmaceuticals. I have reached my limit of patience with Walgreens and I will seek a different pharmacy. Fortunately, there are many options. Bye-bye Walgreens.

Closed without warning Thursday 5/12/2022. After the last year of multiple closures and stupid stuff, you lost a loyal customer. I’ve had it. Moved to CVS. I won’t be missing this anymore. Sad because this pharmacy was stellar 2011-2017 years. Just awesome. Now it’s just a Walgreens convience store.

The pharmacy is closed on the weekends and often closed during posted hours of operation. It's terribly inconvenient when you need your meds... which is why we go! I switched to Rite Aid on cook and Gerald Ford and love it.
