“I have found them very easy to work with, especially transitioning from smaller units to larger units and downsizing again between home projects - super accommodating, not trying to gouge every last nickel out of me requiring 30 days notice on one unit when moving to another. Very flexible. Their mobile app (android) puts them over the top - it's awesome being able to open gates from my phone.”

I had a resolution within 24 hours. I was almost forced to move to another storage facility but thanks to her quick help she was able to keep my business. I'm staying here simply because of the team and how great they are.”
“We've moved with Redondo Van and Storage 5 times now with the first in 2023 and the most recent being today. It is clear that their movers are experienced. They are very efficient and make moving any size furniture seem effortless. We have not had any issues with breakage; they have always been courteous, and they definitely seem to take pride in doing their work well.
Jorge and Ubaldo completed our most recent move but the comments apply to their other movers as well. I give them five stars for their reliability and trustworthiness, which adds up the best value in my book.

“Compared to other storage facilities in the area, this place was reasonably priced. It is conveniently located by the Galleria, more specifically behind Ralphs. Melissa was super nice and helpful in getting my wife set up with a unit on our first visit. So far, we haven't had any issues when visiting. I rarely see others there at the same time I'm there, and I've always felt safe and secure.”

“Good experience so far. Reserved a unit on their website with a promotion of 50% off for first 2 months. I was supposed to rent the other storage unit nearby but they were not available at that time and on break and when we came here, they were available so it’s all good. They offer a free truck for 1 day but reservation is needed as well. Also, the truck needs to be returned at a certain time by the end of the day, so if you take the truck at 1pm, you only have few hours to return it, otherwise you will be penalized by a fee. Also, there is a deposit fee which is cash only. Because we are only about 1 mile from our place, they were generous enough to wave the gas as it’s super nearby. I’m supposed to fill the gas tank of how much I have used but it’s super near so they said it’s fine.
The storage unit was clean. The only problem I’ve had was not having enough carts to use as there were too many people who were using them at that time so I had to go to the other side of the building to get another one from that side.
So overall, it was good. My only complaint is they don’t accept American Express on their website as automatic payments. I thought I was on autopay, only to realize my bill hasn’t paid and I was due so good thing I checked. When I went to their website to pay, they don’t accept American Express, that’s when I realize that Felix wasn’t able to put me on autopay as they don’t accept Amex as autopay.
Oh yeah, another problem I have encountered is when I put my access code to open the door of the building, it wouldn’t open immediately. I have to put my access code several times before it works.
So overall, 4 stars.”

“I just signed up with Extra Space Storage and will start my rental in April. I had a very nice gentleman, Kevin to help me on the phone. I found his suggestions and direction very helpful and he was very patient with me since this was a new experience for me. I have not been to the storage location, but I picked El Segundo since it is a nice area and little town.”

“We used the StorQuest location on W 190th for a year and have appreciated the cleanliness and safety of the store and unit. We started with a large unit then half way through the year downsized, easy transition and process. Four cart’s available to move in and out during business hours, never had competition for these. Friendly staff able to answer all questions, someone always answered the phone too. Interior of the building always cool, has a restroom, convenient parking . Would use this location again!”

“What started out amazing with representative Taylor got convoluted and down right bad! But after talking with Keneth and Anne we quickly got back on trac! Sometimes this can happen with large companies but they also know how to get things fixed ! So what started not so perfect was turned b back to amazing by collaboration of onsite managers matts and supporting staff to quickly correct the confusion! Check with Esther facilitated be Theresa more then made of for the hiccup getting things straight! Over all the results speak for themselves….well done team! Well done!”

“I did not go with this company, but they returned my call very quickly. They seemed very polite and seem to have reasonable pricing. My only issue was that I needed storage, and the storage areas they had were very far away, which just does not make me feel comfortable. I chose to use a self-storage closer to home, and chose a different moving compan y only because I was looking for the moving Plus storage fee, which would have been very convenient if it had been closer. Judging on my very limited experience with them though, they seem very capable and a good choice”

“Very easy to reserve a storage unit online through their website. I went to the front desk to check in and they were very friendly and helpful. One gentleman you've been stopped having his lunch just so he can walk me through the process of getting the hand carts that are available, the elevator, and finding my unit. Overall a very pleasant and easy experience that I would recommend to anyone. An added bonus is a facility is very clean and well-kept.”
