We took our nephew to get his hair faded for his picture day coming up it was the worst haircut I have ever seen done we will never be taking him back there again if I could give the review zero Stars I would we have to go home and fix his hair ourselves at home that's how bad it looks I definitely would never recommend anyone going there to take their kids to get his hair faded ever if you want a good fade take your child to Legends if they have a spot open we definitely were not happy with the way his hair looks

Completely botched my daughter’s curly hair. It was her first haircut so all her hair was the same length. I asked for long curtain bangs. The stylist gave her crooked very short straight bangs. Another stylist had to come over to try and fix it but there is no fixing this hot mess. My daughter is very well behaved she stayed still the entire time and didn’t cry once. They just have no clue what they’re doing. The back is even crooked.

Jessica is the best!! she is very knowledgeable and kind. She took care of my highlights and they look great! I am a super happy client. She also gave me very good suggestions about the best products to maintain my hair healthy. I am so grateful. She is definitely a keeper! and I will highly recommend her to everybody I know. Went in for a color with highlights as well as a haircut. My stylist Jazmyn did a terrible job. She did not want to do my highlights after coloring my hair darker first because she claimed she had no time even though I clearly showed her a picture of what I wanted and had set my appointment up to get it all done. She then gave me the worst haircut I have probably ever had, it was completely uneven. I asked if I could straighten my hair instead of curling, she grabbed the straightener, ran it through my hair about 4x and called it good. I was so upset but she was not willing to help make the situation right because honestly she seemed to not want to be there, but i am not one to make a scene, so I said thank you, paid and walked out.I took pictures of my hair from the back (because she did not offer me even a mirror to check out the back) so I could see after walking out and it was so bad that I had to go back and see if anyone was willing to help me. The stylist there named I believe was Brittany was so kind and helpful. She told me to come back in about an hour and she would help me out. Although she seemed very busy, she fixed my haircut for me and added in some layers which made it look so much better. She was so great and I can’t thank her enough for helping me out. All while my original stylist who claimed had no time to finish my hair was in the back just sitting in a chair with no client chatting away, and this was over an hour an a half after she told me she was too busy. She did not seem busy to me, just lazy. The picture I posted was after Jazmyn was finished. This is to show how uneven it was.

Was charged 3 times over 200.00 for a color treatment. Was told I earned coupons etc...never received one!! Was told by at least 3 other stylish, not from jcp, that I was so overcharged. I have short hair, shoulder length, maybe . The last time there my stylist Priscilla and another lady were looking at the computer...figuringmy price...oh..we can give u a 5.00 discount...your total is 218.00...um ok...paid and will never go back again!!!

Terrible service at the returns. I have been going to Penny's since 1989 and have never seen the likes. The regular older woman that works there was great unfortunately yesterday there was a real unprofessional, rude, accusing sales woman with the name badge on that starts with a T. I tried to exchange a couple pairs of pants for a smaller size but did not know there was an expiration date on the receipt so I could not exchange them even with the tags still on them. I did purchase another pair and a T shirt I had grabbed on the way over to returns. I decided to try them on before leaving the store and found out the T shirt was too big so I grabbed another T shirt a size smaller and took the first T shirt back to returns. This weird saleswoman started going through my 2 bags for no reason and then claimed the 2 pants I had brought in were not the same ones in the bag. Crazy acting plus she had no business going through my bags while I was trying to return the first T shirt I had bought. She claimed I was stealing the pants and asked me for my first receipt I had showed earlier that day. She had never given it back to me so I could not find it again!! Thank goodness the other saleswoman remembered those were the same pants I had brought in to return and also confirmed I had the receipt. This woman with her first name that starts with a T had helped me 20 mins before and did not even remember the pants I had brought back and never gave me the receipt back that I had brought with me. I know people make mistakes but this was a terrible situation for this woman trying to accuse someone of stealing their own pants they had brought in earlier to return. Just the fact that I came back to returns instead of heading out the door like a thief would have done should have been enough to show I was not trying to steal. Her attitude does not stand to reason as a real thief would not go to the back of the store to returns with items they want to steal. I had the front check out desk call a manager and she said, Oh sorry, she is new. No, that is no excuse for being a new employee to accuse without any proof of theft. I have been a customer for over 30 years but may not return as I left feeling very under valued as a good customer.
