I called because my dog came inside with some cuts on his leg. The lady that answered the phone at 6:25pm on Sunday August 11th was extremely rude and wouldn't allow us to talk to anyone. She said we had to come in even though it is an hour away. We told her we've worked with a ton of veterinarians over the years and we have never heard anything like this. She hung up on us. I hope you all can figure out who it is and handle it, I can't imagine anyone would be okay with that kind of behavior. I wish I could give zero stars.

We have been bringing our dogs and cats to the Redlands Animal Hospital for decades. The staff is caring and excellent. I can't speak more highly of them.

They save my Luna's life, and they were great every single one of them no complaints. The facility is nice and clean. I have no issues.

I bring my 2 cats here and the staff is great- as is the pricing. I originally came in as they charged the most reasonable amount to nurture my cat (compared to 100s more other places) but stayed due to the vet techs and vets. They really are kind people that care for your animal, willing to answer your questions, and spend the extra time. I appreciate their thoughtful care.

I don't know how this Vet remains in business. Its been over 5 yrs, & i will never forget how this vet declined to save my 8 month old Lab. My dog had anaphylactic reaction n he was the nearest Vet to save her but refused. She did not make it!!!!

I used this hospital for my pets many years ago so recently when I moved back to Redlands I chose to come back here. Everyone was just as nice as I remembered, my Finn got the best care and the doctor chose to come out and speak with me when I picked him up. I would recommend this place to all of us with our very important fire babies

I've had nothing but good experiences. They are a busy office, but very compassionate and caring. The doctors are all very kind.

"My experience at this animal hospital was disappointing. Despite three receptionists being available, I was left waiting on hold for 15 minutes, only to find an empty waiting room upon arrival. The lack of attention and long wait time made for an incredibly frustrating visit."

This establishment shamed me for the type of cat carrier I was using. My carrier is very nice and and I was not using a piece of junk. Even cheap carriers can be nice. If the tech thought my cat would be better suited for a different type of carrier, she could have explained it in a mature and educational manner rather than in a condensing and shaming tone.

Would definitely not recommend Redlands Animal Hospital! We had a terrible experience on Friday, September 22, 2023. If I could give a negative score I would have. Sadly, we came in to euthanize our beloved 16 year old dog. We didn't know what to expect. They provided no prior consultation regarding the process we were about to experience. Then they incorrectly sedated my dog and in the process caused her extreme pain like I've never heard before. One of my family members was a vet tech for years and explained they did not, but should have used an IV for this procedure, thus had to shave two of my dogs legs because they blew out her veins and it took them three tries to get it right. Something that we thought was going to be our final goodbye as my pet would float away from this life with us by her side turned out to a horrendous memory we will never forget. I will never go to or recommend this vet or animal hospital to anyone who loves their pets. Clearly they hire incompetent people with little bedside manner during an extremely hard time for pet owners.

I would give 5 stars to the doctors here. I love all the doctors who have taken care of my pets for 23 years. I would give maybe 2 stars to the office staff who are rude and unprofessional. Especially the ones that answer the phones . That's why I gave 3 stars because 5 stars for the doctors and 2 stars for the upfront office staff answering phones

I highly recommend Redlands Pet Hospital. Not only are they a hospital ,they also do wellness checks, preventive medicine, and vaccines for all dogs and cats. My schnauzer was suffering from alergies, and they gave her a caddy injection, and it took care of the problem. I highly recommend Redland Pet Hospital for all your vet needs.

tried charging me 3k for my dog to get stitches, X-ray, meds & to drain a small infection she had of the bite she got...honestly wayyyyy over priced same night I went to Tj to take my dog to the emergency vet there and did everything under 1k honestly I recommended going to Tj if you can for any Vet needs they actually take the time to care and explain everything throughly what they are going to do and what your dog needs for such a low price, never taking my pet in the US for any expensive care... Tj is the way to go honestly.

We brought both our pets here to establish care, and the vet here was very kind and gentle with them. The initial process can be a little stressful since they won't schedule both your pets at the same time if you're new. They will only schedule your second pet after the first pet has completed an appt. It was explained to me why, but I didn't understand it. Something about people canceling? Anyway, we were able to get them their annual vaccines and one of my pets an allergy shot that is working wonders for her. We appreciated the suggestion from the vet since apoquel hasn't worked in the past very well. Overall, it is a good place to bring your pets, the vet seems to really care.
