2nd time returning (for a different issue). Carlos did not try to oversell me. I was told that there were other issues, but if I just needed to get it back on the road, a battery would suffice. I appreciate the honesty!

Awesome place and very friendly. Great prices compared to what dealerships will cost. Will keep coming here. They checked my check engine light and told me it was my gas cap and no charge. Some places would have gotten at least $40-$50 from me lol. They've also worked on my wife's 2019 Toyota Rav 4 and charged $400 less than Toyota of Redlands.

I’m new to the area and came across Redlands Auto Service after reading several great reviews. I just needed a simple oil change and some general maintenance, and I’m really glad I chose this shop. Carlos and his crew were extremely accommodating, polite, and courteous the entire time. The pricing was fair, the work was done properly, and they took the time to make sure everything was handled right.
I’ll definitely be coming back for future services. If you’re looking for a reputable place that’s both trustworthy and reasonably priced, don’t hesitate to give Carlos a call—you won’t be disappointed.

Great auto shop. Reasonable price. Carlos the owner is so awesome. I care for my husband with Dementia and can't wait long but Carlos made it happen for me. My headlight was replaced perfectly in such short time. Thanks to the kindness of Carlos and his very skilled staff. It was a blessing to find this auto repair shop.

Carlos and his team have helped me out twice now for emergency repairs. This most recent time I had to get an O2 sensor repaired in order for my car to pass smog. To say that Carlos and his team work fast would be an understatement. They basically got the job done in 6 hours and had me back on the road ready to go. These guys are kind, professional, and shoot straight. I’m very pleased with both of my visits and will definitely be coming here again!
