Great service for e-bike maintenance. My son took his bike there for maintenance and they were really helpful, great to work with, very reasonably priced, and finished the job sooner than they originally estimated and slightly cheaper too! We won't go anywhere else for repairs or if we decide to buy another bike. Super trustworthy, honest, and cool dudes at Burn The Ships! Thank you!!

Jonathan (owner) has been extremely informative in all of my transactions with BtSE! His honesty and knowledge of all things E-bike was very helpful for me to make my purchase. Fantastic experience dealing with Burn the Ships. Had been interested in e-bikes for some time but researching on-line was confusing me more. Stopped by BTSE earlier this week & must have test rode 8 different bikes, no sales pressure, take as long as you like to get the right bike & finally decided on the LYRIC. Burn the Ships e-bikes is a great place to buy an e-bike. I’ve been an avid bike rider for 50 years but didn’t know where to start when I decided to purchase an e-bike. Owner Jonathan is knowledgeable and helped me decide on the right e-bike. After a day of riding my new bike I realized that a step-through design would be a better choice. Jonathan let me switch out for a better bike for my needs with no questions asked. Burn The Ship Electrics is the #1 place to buy an electric bike in South Bay!Johnathan is extremely knowledgeable on electric bikes and the cycle industry as a whole! John took the time to go over all the pros and cons of each individual bike with me. He let me test drive multiple options until he found the best bike for my needs!His customer service is the best I have seen! Also, if you need a bike repair, John is your man!
