It’s been a couple weeks since I got my hair done by the Great Kunai. I continue to get compliments on my hair, not only by people I run into in my day-to-day, but also by people who have already seen it. They comment on how good a job my hair stylist did and I confirm that he really did do a marvelous job.
Kunai is not only knowledgeable in what he does, but he also has a passion for it and you can tell he cares about the work he does as well as the people he does it for. And it shows.
So thank you once again for the beautiful hair I get to sport around. It has given me a new found confidence and my reflection in the mirror better matches how I envision myself.

I’ve been going here since moving to SoCal for a few years. By far the best shop I’ve been to! Kunai has always been super friendly and delivers excellent haircuts and coloring as well. He provides a warm atmosphere and a down to earth vibe and is great to talk to. The service has always been exemplary. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

In a panic, I walked in off the street like some kind of wayward straggler begging for a haircut for my son. Fully versed in business etiquette, asking for a last minute walk in is inappropriate. However, Jim and Joe took me in like a lost puppy. Except it wasn't me. It was my son. Within 5 minutes, he was seen and in the chair. I am grateful to have this mercy and grace as I was in a rush and in transit to another town. They have my loyalty, even though I don't live here.
Also, side note and strange to me, there were 4 barbers and 1 hairstylist. Very cool.

Been coming here for years. People are super nice. Well kept store. They cut really good hair. I've never had a bad haircut.

I don't leave reviews ever, but for this place I had to. Kunai is the best hair stylist ever - he knows hair like the back of his hand. He is able to explain exactly what to do with it, the reasoning behind everything, and most importantly, how to make your hair look awesome. Go here for great prices, great hair stylists, and a great experience overall. Best haircut in a while and it's all thanks to them!

I have had countless haircuts in the last 40 years, and I avoid going to anyone because it's normally just getting your hair cut. Today was life changing when I went and got a hair cut from Kunai, I have found my barber for life. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Kunai was respectful and professional. He gave me advice on managing my thinning hair. You can tell he cares dearly about his costumers. Greatest experience at a barber ever! We spoke about cars, hair, and Jesus! First time in my life I am excited for my appointment at MY barbers!

My long-lost hair dresser, Lui Rodriguez, moved his talents to Chops Hair Salon, which conveniently is just a couple blocks from my house. Walking distance. I received an amazing haircut last night & I'm scheduled to go back in two weeks for color. If you're looking for a fantastic, long career, hairdresser, check him out!
