Shower leaks in to the bathroom area through the door bottom and between the closure causing half the floor to get wet, the shower water pressure was low and didn't isolated from the over head to the removable handle so bothe were running at the same time,sink was clogging up,

The room could have been cleaned more and th sink in the bathroom filled up with water and a light was out in the restroom
However, once they were informed thru fixed it expeditiously.
The room air was weird....it was humid in the room. So, air on 68 degrees but "stuffy" and humid.
Lastly, it's a bed for 2 people but three pillows on the bed....Where's my other pillow?

This was an amazing experience. Room clean. Lobby clean. Location puts you in a spot where it is convenient to find something to fulfill what you are looking to do. Great environment!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Garden Inn and I must say, one of the highlights of my visit was the outstanding customer service provided by Abigail. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel instantly welcome.
Abigail was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel and its amenities. She took the time to provide recommendations for local attractions and dining, making my stay even more enjoyable. Our room was in very rough shape. Badly sticking bathroom door could only be open and closed with a shove or a tug and much noise. Loose toilet seat sliding on the bowl, paint matters on the floor, and filthy windows. Noticable noise from above and all sides at all hours. A good point was Tomboy's dinner across the street.

The bed had dirty bedding on it. It took three calls to get clean bedding and we had to change the bedding ourselves.

Abigail truly made my day and when I forgot something in my room she went out if her way to make sure I got it back. Thank you and I'll make sure to stay here everytime I am in the area!

Room is clean, but its not the level for Hilton hotels. But it’s enough if you stay for one night. Not too far from airport. Additional payment for parking-$20

So got a "deal" for $180+ dollars ( plus $50 deposit) room was a handicap room.....the beds were the worst beds I have ever slept on..one of them the bottom feel through cause it had no box spring or platform.... shower gets water everywhere...I would have thought that breakfast would be free for that kind of money....nope 22 dollars extra for adults and it's the same garbage you get at the cheap motels for free.... what a waste of almost 200 bucks...would not recommend especially the handicapped...also no counter to put tooth brushes or anything had to use shelf in closet which if I was in a wheelchair I could not have even reached it. Won't be returning to here again

Ok, I checked into my room and the remote for the tv was broken. Called the front desk and no answer. I walked up and the front desk employee was there and said he didnt see the phone ringing, no big deal. He sent maintenance there to help.
Maintenance showed up with a different remote. He tried it and nothing. He went and got an older remote and nothing. He said he thinks the cable box is frozen. He unplugs it and waits for about a min. Plugs it back in. Doesnt work. He suggests to do it again but wait for about 3 mins to clear the memory. No problem go ahead. He plugs it back in and it did not work. However, here is the BIG DEAL. A dime bag of coke falls out from behind the tv after he detached the box. I was shocked. He asked if it was mine, nope. He went to touch it, told him not too. It was full. I marched down to the front desk and asked to move rooms. Moved and the tv didnt work. Also.the A/C was stuck at 60. I froze all night. Glad I was only there for one night. Never again am I going back there.

Excellent prices when staying for a week. Excellent room, very spacious and clean. The breakfast selections were fantastic. Easy to Uber around LA. Definitely recommend for short or long vacations.
Rooms: The room we had, had a pull out couch which came in very handy for our third person. The room was very clean. Housekeeping was very trustworthy of our belongings.

Patio is really nice to enjoy in the weather. The rooms are what you'd expect as well. The food is good but do note that it's not included in the price

The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and the TV worked just fine. The pool is very nice but it's almost always occupied which is okay. Overall a very clean and almost luxurious feeling motel. I would definitely recommend this place to some people.

The bathroom door kept locking when closed. Front desk asked us to use a coin to open it.
