I stopped by Jons Liquor, noting a Calif Lottery retailer winner. I had $76 worth of winning tickets to be redeemed. I was denied by a lady clerk. She just kept shaking her head, saying no.. I had to wait for the owner? As long as i played California Lottery, I hadn't had this situation. However, she was willing to take $6 worth of my winning tickets in exchange for $6 current Lottery tickets I purchased. I paid her cash to prove i was in the store for Lottery business. I have a printed list copy of the tickets. Why was I denied the redemption of my winning tickets by an authorized California Lottery retailer?Was it my appearance? I'm a beautiful African American. Regardless of my appearance, i should not have been denied according to lottery rules less than $600. I've called for the owner thus far, and he's not available. I will report this incident to California Lottery.

If I could give 0 stars I would, he sold me and friend expired drinks, then when we tried to get a refund he tried to say we owed him 40 cents and started getting belligerent with us, started telling me that the drink he sold me doesn’t expire, like its gonna last forever, and then reached under the counter after he didn’t like the words coming out of my mouth so we left before he shot us over this

This place is listed to close at Midnight...im from out of town so i walk there from my hotel (25 min away) and get here to find it closed at 1130. Wtf. Thanks a lot.

The guy working there today is really weird....Im mean maybe even crazy and emotionally unregulated. He asked me VERY strange questions and made me feel VERY unsafe. He is tall, dark hair and maybe Asian, with glasses. BEWARE!!

Stopped by Jon's Liquor to grab some beverages. They have a great selection of Beer, wine, and Liquor. The also have many convenience store items available for that late night need. Cigarettes and other tobacco items can be purchased as well. There is an ATM onsite if you need cash.

Came in here on Christmas day to buy some Cognac for my egg nog and the guy behind the counter was acting very suspicious and judgmental. I could barely understand his broken English and made me feel uncomfortable. My customer service standards for liquor stores are already very low, but this store here really disappointed me....
