This was my first time coming to this nail salon and I'll definitely be back Made an appointment a few hours before for a dip manicure. They had a spot ready for me when I came in. Very polite and sweet and great service!

Honesty & Transparency Issues... I called to verify the price for gel nail removal + gel manicure with simple designs. They said $40 in total. However, when I got there, even with an appointment, I had to wait 30 minutes and it was hot in there with no AC. Once they started doing my manicure, they told me that there would be an extra charge on top of the $40 for the design. (And my design was super simple. Just a gold manicure line with a white tip...nothing fancy). The total cost came out to be $53. A $13 difference from what they had originally told me. And they didn't tell me until it was too late and they had started painting my nails. Very shady. I was content with how my nails came out, but I do not like being tricked and being lied to about the price. And also, I don't appreciate spending 2 hours in a nail salon for just gel manicure. Be careful when you go to this place!

I've been coming to this place for years, it was just recently that I've noticed the female owners attitude is uneasy and moody, almost seems like she's miserable being there! This is the 3rd time my nails have looked bubbly and crooked . Their work has gone from good to horrific! If you ask them to fix it she has a attitude and is completely rude, slamming things down to let you know she's bothered! Go elsewhere and support businesses that love their job and are happy to make you feel and look beautiful! Note to owners: To have a successful business you must love what you do!!! Your clients feel your energy!!

I never write reviews but I have to for this place. I get my nails and toes done like every 2 weeks. I've never had such a bad, uncomfortable experience. I went with my friend, she got a regular pedicure and I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure. We had appointments, they made us wait 20+ minutes. They gave my friend horrible service and we didn't know why. We were very kind and friendly. They were rude and then 4 days later, my nail polish was peeling completely off!! That's never happened to me. I was extremely upset, I had to go to a different place and pay more money to get it redone. I'll never go back there. Please don't waste your time here. They don't care about giving great customer service. I'm all about supporting businesses but I'll never support them again.

They weren’t very hygienic and rushed to do my nails even though the place was empty that afternoon. One day, later and my French tips are already chipped. Super disappointed and wasted over $50. Don’t recommend.

I've gone here for 2 years. Today I asked to please fix a monstrous job. my nails were fixed 5 times, but they just kept building - I have 8 coats of gel on one finger. I still paid and tipped 20% (I normally tip 25%), but I'm so sad and will need to get these fixed at another salon asap, obviously. I asked the guy on the way out if they looked nice and even he agreed they did not. I will gar rating because I don't want to ruin anyone's business, but this is completely unacceptable.

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter and myself for pedicures and manicures. When in town in March, I visited My Nails Place, and was very impressed with their service. We came a bit early, yet they were able to accommodate us. I had two women work on me: the toe nails, while the other worked on the fingernails. Very professional. I would highly recommend My Nails Place.
