I am a psychotherapist in private practice who is very particular about my attire. I have to dress professionally, I’m older and not a size 2, so Joseph ribkoff works very well for my body type. Sometimes it is difficult to find articles in the style and color that I want. I searched all over the Internet to find a particular top but I wasn’t able to find it until I found the Papillon website. The customer service that I received from Diego has been amazing. He really listened to what I wanted and followed up to make sure that I was satisfied. My order came early and was packaged with the utmost care. I know that I will be a loyal customer even though I live in Michigan.Thank you Diego and Papillon!!!!

Loved the choices of garments; stars are for customer service and satisfaction edited after initially giving 5*.I didn't receive the 50% sale per stores posted sign, the sale was for winter clearance items which I got and paid full price. I was very disappointed to find my garment half off online a day later at DeCabana. com when I searched for Joseph Ribkoff brand. From now on I will go check the website directly instead. I guess if you're not a regular you get different treatment. I won't be back here.

A wonderful little boutique in the heart of the wonderful RB Rivera. I found so many unique and pretty tops and purchased the best wide leg black pants - they are now my go-to pants. The sales ladies are helpful and know their products very well. If you are tired of the mall and boring retail - please come here !!!!

I love shopping here! The store has such beautiful and very different styles for everyone. The salespeople are amazing at assisting you find what you want. Every time I shop there I am so happy with my purchases. I just found my Mother of the Groom dress there.

I couldn't be more impressed with the experience we just had a Papillon. Who doesn't want their wife to feel sexy? My wife had a styling session with Krushenka who helped tailor styles, ways to dress and simple ideas for how to transform from business to casual to a five star dinner. It was a pleasure to see my wife's confidence and self-esteem increase minute by minute. Thank you Papillon for actually making the clothes shopping experience brilliant, for the husband!

I have walked and drove past Papillon for over a decade. I have always admired the clothes outside but had never actually gone inside. My husband arranged for me to have a styling session with Krushenka, and I had the best experience ever! She truly knows how to make the pieces work, reflect you, but bring her own creative edge. I loved the upstairs environment - Classy, timeless, beautiful but not snooty! Absolute comfort and genius is what I experienced today with Krushenka. So grateful

I came to this store to look for a dress for a wine tasting birthday occasion. There were two women working at the time, I asked for assistance finding a nice summer dress. They immediately brought over a few dresses. Each dress had a price tag over $300 I told them this price was out of my price range for a one time occasion. They brought over a few more dresses with $10 difference,. After spending almost an hour trying on dresses, They brought over another dress similar style to the $300 & said they would give me a discount, I ended up buying the dress which I still paid $300 with tax. I bought the dress because I didn't have time to go to another store, both woman were extremely pushy about buying this dress and they also had clients waiting which they ignored & I didn't want to take more of their time so that they can help other customers. The dress fit nice however when my friend saw me she told me she bought the same exact dress from Miamistyles.com for $100 and received a discount. I wasn't going to post anything on this site because I am a local and I understand all businesses need to make money especially after the pandemic. I decided to give it another chance when my husband and I went to dinner, as I was walking by I noticed they had several jogger sweats on their sales rack outside, I chose three sets ready to purchase, as I was standing waiting to pay same woman were helping another woman, after waiting 10+ minutes I decided to leave and NEVER come back. It's seem to me that they were also pushing expensive dresses on this women, they didn't even look at me and asked me to please wait" you would think after spending $300 on a dress that they would of at least recognize me?! Not to mention they both saw me putting the stuff back they didn't even bother to approach me and said to please wait or if there is anything that they can do for me. This place is overpriced and has horrible customer service! They take advantage of us locals in the area. It's sad to drive or walk by this store in the area and always brings disappointing memories of both times I've been in this store. Below is the same dress I could have bought for $100. Please Boycott this store! I live in the Riviera and I will make sure to pass this on to all my friends in the area. I think one of the woman is the owner and I just can't believe how rude! And unprofessional these woman are.. you can buy better quality clothes and jewelry at Nordstrom Rack for less price..

I bought 3 pants few days ago from from this store, since I wear mask due to covid, I did not realize horrible smell of the fabric,Had them washed and still smell very bad, can't describe the smell. But I am telling everyone not to buy anything from this store.Wasted 283 dollars. I just wonder where they get this clothes, and what it can do the skin. Just very bad.

The experience was amazing ladies, you simply have to go and see upstairs, try new things on let the lovely ladies dress you up an blow your mind on designs you would of never had a chance before.. they fit you, an find complimentary pieces..oh what an awesome experience and what beautiful and quality designs.. the designers are looking out for the women's best clothing designs not your run of the mill stuff. Simply beautiful.

I got my mom something here on mother’s day and she loved it. They were super helpful in finding something that she would like and I was able to find the perfect thing for her. They’ve got tons of selection and were very nice to me, I’ll definitely be going back there for my girlfriend’s upcoming birthday. Definitely worth a stop.
