Rooms and hotel are ok. Depicts a lot more online. Not really close to a lot of shops. I would give 2 out of 5 stars.

The AC in this hotel barely works—except in the gym. Average room temperature was around 75°, and the lobby had no air conditioning at all. One of the two queen mattresses was sagging so badly it felt like you’d roll off, and the pillows were just as uncomfortable. No hot breakfast is offered, so Diamond status holds little value here. On the plus side, parking is free and easy.
Lovation is great!

This is by for the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at. Not because of the property or amenities. Well I mean it was the most basic Curio Collection property I’ve ever stayed at. What the issue was, was the staff. The desk staff, the older gentleman at the bar, everyone but house keeping was quite rude and unruly outside of house keeping, well I mean unless you were a certain demographic. Stay next door at Sonesta instead. I’m a diamond member and would pay more to stay somewhere else.

Really enjoyed my stay here! It was clean, bright and within walking distance to the pier and other dining options. There also was a bar with food and starbucks coffee which was convenient in the mornings. There also is a bike rental right across the street which you can take up the strand which is about a 5 minute bike ride away. Loooved the pool and hot tub as well, nice and usually not busy! Would definitely recommend.

Every room we tried (we attempted three) reeked of mold. It hit you in the face as soon as you opened the door. We ended up calling Hilton to transfer to a different hotel after the third room. The person at the front desk was super nice about it, so I'm thinking it must be a common complaint. I would never recommend anyone staying here.

Appreciated the cleanliness and modern decor of the room and the hotel itself, and especially appreciated the front desk help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Two thumbs up to one such assist named Jack. He went above and beyond to help find and secure a specific type of room early in the afternoon and kept me updated as to when it would be available. Just now at the end of my stay, Jack helped me get my luggage out to my vehicle as I wasn't feeling well. A great hotel with great staff.

Pretty average Hilton hotel. I did enjoy the Starbucks in the lobby. Breakfast was not free and didn’t start being served until what I would consider as late in the morning.

We had an excellent stay. Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. It was nice to walk 10 minutes to the Redondo Pier going South, and the boardwalk towards Hermosa beach going North. We walked to the Hermosa pier in about 20 minutes.
We sat out on the second floor balcony every night for a nightcap. They had a small bar/ cafe in the lobby but we never used it. They also had bikes available but I am not sure if they were free or had a fee attached. The Cheesecake Factory was right across the street. The only negative was that our “balcony”, screen door never quite sat on its tracks properly and eventually we just took it off and left it for the maid to deal with.
Overall loved it.

Decent hotel in Redondo Beach area. Location is convenient if you want to go to the beach area or boardwalk.

That hotel was not my cup of tea. Maybe I’m spoiled but it reminded me a lot of a Motel 6. Also, there is no free coffee for guests. Just saying. Enjoy your stay.

Great location you can hear the seals from the waterfront barking from the property. Just a quick walk to the beach. Rooms are small but decent. Pool is heated but was still extremely cold
