I decided to make an appt at this place yesterday for a regular mani/pedi in hopes to find a regular nail salon since I moved. I left here with three of my cuticles bleeding and exposed. Now it hurts to wash my hands and give my kids a bath. Lindsey used an electric nail file for my cuticles because she said they were hard. I was like do what you got to do. After she filed them and the cuticle was bleeding, she put the attachment back into the box of “fresh” nail files that she took it from! I hope I don’t get an infection and I hope no one else gets an infection as a result. I was so upset and sore I didn’t want to stay for the polish (so excuse the bare nails in the photos). When I got there I was the only person there so I wonder if they just didn’t want to work on a Wednesday afternoon? Either way, I won’t be back.
I would like to say the lady that gave me my pedicure did a very good job. I forgot to get her name, but I was very pleased with her service.
*these photos are 1 day after my appt. So they are healing and not bleeding but you can see where I got cut.

I love going here to get a mani and pedi! The ladies are friendly and will take the time to carefully remove previous gel polish from your nails before applying new polish. They are also gentle when pushing back your cuticles which I appreciate since mine are sensitive. Beautiful nail art, will be back again when I need a nail refresh 💅🏼 ✨

My mom and I went to Unique Nails and Beauty while visiting Rotterdam.
We had an amazing experience! We both got wonderful massages with Esther. Highly recommend to anyone in or visiting Rotterdam. She was kind and very good. I got a lymphatic drainage massage and my mom, a hot stone massage.
It was relaxing and she’s very talented. Can’t wait to go back on our next trip to Rotterdam!
Also everyone at the salon was so nice and offered us tea! It was easy to get to from the metro!

I went in for a fill, and they said they couldn't do it and looked at me with a disgusting face. They said they had to call somebody and then told me if I can come back. Not sure why they are open at nine, but not ready for service.!

Manicure was okay. Really rude staff though. I pointed out a piece of lint embedded in my nails towards the end of the service, she rolls her eyes and reluctantly fixes then proceeds to tell me it was my fault because I touched my shirt which I didn't??? Wtf. Don't have to say that just fix the problem and be gracious to a paying customer Worst experience ever they were so rude to their customers. Also she messed up my middle finger. Didn't want to say anything and got the heck out of there.

I love this nail shop! I try to pop in when I'm in the area! Great customer service & pricing. I always have a great experience! I went to cosmetology school! So I know all the steps.. which can be pretty annoying lol I have stopped going to nail shops if they forget to dry my feet or dropped a tool on the floor.. Kelly the owner is on top of it. During the pandemic she went above and beyond for myself and my referrals. The place is super clean! She follows all state board requirements and cares about her clients! Make sure you make an appointment. Parking can be a little tricky! I recommend to go during the week in the morning I usually get a pedicure/ full set or manicure

Awesome Salon, they only accept tips in cash. They prefer you use venmo to pay fees.
