I've never been motivated to give a review to a mechanic before, but the work done by Reseda Mufflers was exceptional. When I had my catalytic converter stolen I contacted numerous muffler shops for help. The people at those shops were hard to communicate with, they gave me bad prices, attitude and lies. When I finally talked to Saco at Reseda Muffler he was nice, communicative, clear and consistent. He gave me the best price and followed through on everything he said he was going to do. The work was done quickly and successfully.

I called these guys asking a simple question. The person who answered the phone had a huge negative attitude. He said over and over he couldn’t quote me anything over the phone, yet I asked what’s the average price it costs to do a muffler delete on MOST cars. He refused to answer my question & continued his rude, negative attitude. I don’t see why anyone would want business where they aren’t welcomed for basic questions. They need to visit a pep boys or something learn what costumer service looks. They just lost a potential customer.

Honest mechanics and reasonable prices.
They replaced my stolen catalytic converter at a fair price and did it really quickly.
I've also had them repair my exhaust manifold. The actually repair it rather than replace it. Great price too. They also warranty their work.

Don't waste your money and go to a real exhaust place. Let me tell you my story I purchased mild steel exhaust piping that fits into each other I called this gentleman on the phone explained everything thoroughly and he gave me a ballpark figure of $200 to weld 8 to 10 seems I then told my vehicle to his shop with the prefabricated brand new exhaust piping brand new Catalytic converter and brand new muffler. He explained to me that he cannot weld any of these pipes he does not have any equipment to shorten the pipe. Basically everything he told me on the phone was a complete lie and a bait-and-switch.
Even when I asked him for him to use his own piping his own parts everything he refused and said he's not a mechanic shop. Now I had to pay 2 towing bills all because he doesn't want to honor over phone quotes.While I was there I also say another come in for an aftermarket Catalytic converter u get on ebay or Amazon for less than 100. that I also have in my pocession. He charged 1100.
If I could of gave a negative 5 star I would.

I had my Catalytic converters stolen and had a new one installed, and reseda mufflers and brakes helped protect my car from with a cat shield, thanks Sako.

Love these guys. My dad was quoted over 2k for two universal catalytic converters on his Tacoma, came over to see what they could do and less than 800 to replace just the 1 bad cat, not 2 like the other place wanted. Love these guys and the honesty, that's how you earn repeat business ?
