This is the worst costumer service I've ever experienced. Claudia is the rudest person and did not help me with anything. We always have an issues with her and her attitude here at this location she's always very rude and rolls her eyes at us. Do better CLAUDIA

This Walgreens got to be so bad that I never went back again. Some of the employees there were just appallingly bad. The Tarzana location is far better. The other one on Topanga in Canoga Park is also better. Go to any one other than this!!

This Walgreens is massive and great customer service!Cristabel & the manager on shift right now (Sat @ 11am) are simply AMAZING. They were both super patient in helping my parents with every little question and accommodating so kindly even though there was a language barrier. Major kuddos to kind hearted and patient people here!

I came here before. Nice store and customer service. Today disappointed, two cashiers only talking and didn't say hi to customers. I had to wait a long line waiting to pay. Not coming here anymore.

this is the worst walgreen pharmacy branch i have ever been too .... though there are really good ones too. long long wait for lpeople picking up their meds and there seems to be always a problem with something from prescriptions to payment.

this Walgreens has a bad reputation. Staff are so rude at the pharmacy they speak their own language Middle Eastern. The other day the system was down and no one bothered to take care of the prescription.

This is a review for the pharmacy. The staff are quite rude and if you're asking for prescription medicine, expect it to take longer than a few hours. The staff are extremely unprofessional here. I don't recommend this location, the staff needs retraining. They told me that my prescription would be ready in an hour, 2 hours past by and still nothing. Then they say another hour and I expect it to not be ready til forever. Don't come here. It's really not that hard to do their job, yet they're having trouble doing an easy task that any other pharmacy will not have trouble doing.

This Walgreens in Reseda on Sherman Way just east of Reseda is the absolute worst! The customer service is awful and don't even think of getting your prescription here because the pharmacy is the worst in the SFV.

AVOID THE PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS. It is incompetently run by brain dead mouth breathers. We had no issues when Walgreens at Tampa/Victory was open, but when it closed and our prescriptions transferred here, everything went downhill. Not only do they make mistakes with the prescriptions, but they are slow and have no basic concept of time and customer service. I was the third car in the drive-thru, and it took 40 MINUTES for them to serve three cars. They claimed to be busy, but I could see through the window, and the line wasn't that long. Even if it was, common sense dictates that you go back and forth between the people in the store and the people in the drive-thru, but these people have no common sense. They served one person in the car, then served about 5 or 6 people in the store, leaving the car person staring through the window for 10 straight minutes without even acknowledging them. I rang the buzzer twice, and they ignored it. I even CALLED on the phone twice; they picked up and didn't say anything, just to make it stop ringing. Needless to say, I'm moving ALL my prescriptions elsewhere. This place is TRASH.
