I stopped by Dan's Lawnmower Center today with the hope of finding some parts for a minibike that has an old Tecumseh 4hp HS40 motor. Unfortunately I was unable to locate what I needed, but I had the pleasure of having the assistance of a gentleman named JIM who took the time to actually search for the parts I needed. His personality is outstanding as well as his patience and desire to assist his customer. He was able to refer me to an alternative source for what I needed. I did not leave disappointed because I greatly appreciate good old fashioned customer service, which is undeniably difficult to find. Thank you Jim for your great customer service. You are appreciated.

Dans mowers just wasted my time, gas, and money. They do not communicate and totally disregard for people's time. Not friendly and seem like they don't need the business.I called prior to loading my mower and headung out there by speaking to a lady who was sounded a little clueless, but i did want my mower quickly. I asked how much it would cost, and if i needed an appointment, and the lady said, "Just bring it in." I brought it in, and it's over a 4 week wait, a bearded guy said. I told him they should have said something about the long wait. And he said he can do 3 weeks, but this is way too long.

Not the greatest i don't know why it's expensive for no reason yeah I know things have gone up but come on $50 just to change a lawnmower cord it's completely bs I just needed it fix so it doesn't bother me that much but nahh should Been cheaper better off going to some other place or do it myself

Great lawnmower shop. My old weed whacker needed a new air filter and the manufacturer does not make parts any more for it. They took the time and researched what will fit. Ordered a couple different ones and found one that will work. Awesome service.
