This shop was honest and very reasonably priced. Alex the owner is very knowledgeable in the automotive repair industry, he diagnosed my vehicle problem properly and repaired immediately. He and his staff treats his customers with dignity and respect. I recommend to any one with an vehicle issue GO SEE ALEX he will do everything in his power to satisfy your needs.

Alex & team were super helpful, super communicative & helped me with a whole engine replacement each step of the way, especially coming from a ford repair shop with awful service/ awful customer service. Alex & the team at Rialto Auto & Muffler helped out so much, they were so informative & handled everything! Definitely coming back to these guys.

My family has been coming to this shop for years; and that’s because this is a honest shop with honest people. They provide a wide variety of great service and offer warranty as well. These guys really stand behind their work and for that I give them 5 stars hands down. If your car is acting up, smoking, making a funny noise, or you just want to keep it regular with a tune up or oil change this is the spot you want to bring your car to. (Ask for Alex) you won’t be let down!!!!

I Stumbled Across This Establishment I Read The Reviews & Gave This Company The Benefit Of The Doubt To Take My Car For Repairs Due To A Weather Incident , Despite A Few Low Ratings I Called To Be Given A Price Estimate On The Parts I Needed & Need To Be Repaired & I Was Quoted 1800$ By A Receptionist I Was Confused Cause I Explained My Situation & She Said It Would Be Around 1800 Aiming For 2,000 To Get The Job Done The "Right Way" Then Said They Would Need To Look At It To Give Me An Accurate Price How Do You Know Repairs Are Going To Be A Bit More Without Having Seen My Vehicle ? My Car Has Been Diagnosed By Another Shop That Could Not Do The Repairs , She Still Said My Car Would Have To Get Rediagnosed With Them Which Is Totally Confusing After Stating I Know Whats Wrong With My Vehicle & Knowing Whats Damaged Im Assuming They Want To Charge Me Extra For A Diagnostic Fee Which Is 80$ Anyways I Was Allowed To Get My Vehicle Towed To There Autoshop The Same Day , I Understand They Might Be Busy To Give An Update But I Never Was Called For An Update Regarding The Vehicle Being Delivered To There Shop Nor Did Anyone Grab My Contact Information I'll Say This There Is Completely Zero Professionalism At This Establishment

But She Seems To Have A Bit Of It When It Comes To Pricing & Adding 2+2 Typical Scam Company Tactics , All These Types Of Companys Are Surrounded With Egos That Have No Care In The World For The Customers The Ones That Have YOUR Business Running , Ive Dealt With Car Dealers & Autoshops Im Quick To See Through The Lies Ive Dealt With Unprofessional & Ungenuine People , These Types Of Places Have Zero Caring Or Understanding For The Customer I Dropped Off My Car Thursday Afternoon It Is Monday Now & No Update I Had To Call Again For An Update Which I Was Told It Was Bearly Going To Get Looked At Today Monday All This Time Wasted To Get It Looked At When I Already Said What Needed To Be Done & The Parts That Needed To Be Repaired Now Im Having To Wait More Cause The Parts Are Not Even Ordered Yet That Should Be It What Happend To The Customer Is Always Right ? Instead They Dont Listen & Still Choose To Do Things There Own Way In Hopes To Scam Me To Get A Few More Bills Like A 100$ Diagnostic Fee
On Their Website It States 80$ But Was Told It Was 100$ Such Liars Luckily I Did My Research I Was Shown The Areas Under My Car That Needed Repairs By The Other Autoshop & I Also Took A Reciept Of All The Damages The Car Has & Parts Needed , I Have Been Struggling To Get To Work As To This Is My Only Vehicle It Is Now Wendsday Dialed Up There Number Once More To Be Told Again That The Car Is About To Get Looked At Another Hour & They Will Call Me Back . . . . Nothing , My Car Has Probably Been Sitting There Since The Day It Was Towed I Will Never Reccomend This Place To Anyone Those 3 Negative Reviews That This Company Already Has Are Completely Accurate Stay Away From This Place The Owner Has No Respect Or Caring For The Customer Also This Review Is Not Coming Aggresive At All Its The Truth Sorry Not Sorry You See Professionalism As A Threat Thats A Personal Problem This Whole Establishment Is A Lie I Would Not Waste My Time Writing About My Bad Genuine Experience As Soon As I Said What I Wanted Done What Parts I Wanted To Go With The Owner Was Very Hostile & Aggressive & Declined & Hung Up On Me After Knowing Im Very Well Educated .

Had an ac compressor replaced. Been back twice and still does not run even cool. Price was $1100. Took another car with hard to start and that was over 2 weeks
And over $700 just to tell me it was a distributor. Do not recommend at all!!

Excellent Service at Rialto Auto & Muffler
I recently had my car serviced at Rialto Auto & Muffler and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff member who took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the repair process clearly.
Throughout the entire service, the team at Rialto Auto & Muffler maintained excellent communication. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. I never felt like I was in the dark about what was happening with my car.
Most importantly, Rialto Auto & Muffler had my vehicle ready by the promised time, which was a huge relief. They understand that being without a car can be a major inconvenience, and they clearly value their customers' time.
In addition to the excellent service and communication, I also found Rialto Auto & Muffler to be very fair and transparent with their pricing. They didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary services, and the final bill was exactly what I was quoted.

I have recently found out about this place not to long ago. They've helped me replace my tires, patched them, and even when I was urgently looking for someone to take out my lock lug nuts they came to the help with a low charge! So far this place has been my go to when it comes to tires; the prices are fair, and they get the job done. The mechanics here are nice, respectful, and quick to fix any problems. I will continue my services to be done here. I am glad to be a new customer here, Thank You!

Earlier this year, we brought our car in for a head gasket repair. We got a quote at another shop that was cheaper than this place but since Alex said that the repairs would be done a week earlier than the other shop we ultimately decided to go with this one as we only have one vehicle and it would have been cheaper paying the extra amount than renting a car or getting an Uber everywhere. Our car wasn’t ready in the timeframe promised but instead much later, and throughout the process we experienced many issues. We were always told that the car “should be ready tomorrow” and that someone would call with an update. We were never called with an update, we always had to call them to ask for an update. We finally did receive a call one day informing us that our car was ready and to be there by 5pm to pick it up. We showed up and sat in the waiting room for quite some time because the woman working there said they were “still getting it ready”. After waiting for an hour, the woman came back and said “bad news, there’s a problem and your car won’t be ready today, it should be ready tomorrow”. We were very disappointed as she had told us the car WAS ready. I don’t understand why she called saying it was ready before making sure that it actually was. On top of that, my husband was late to work because of it AND we had wasted our time and money getting an Uber there and back home. When we brought this to her attention, she didn’t care, she was too busy getting ready to leave for the day. Coincidentally, while we were waiting for our vehicle, another customer had walked in clearly upset and demanded his vehicle because he had also been waiting a long time for it. She just brushed him off and said “it’s not ready, things happen”. Very unprofessional. By the way, our car wasn’t ready the next day and again we didn’t receive a phone call. We ended up calling the next day and informed Alex of what had happened. He apologized and gave us a new date of when the car would be ready and told us that he would take care of the smog check we needed for the inconvenience. When we finally picked up our car, we were told that we would have to come back for the smog check because we needed to drive our car around more before they could do it. When we took it back for the smog check, we were told that their machine was supposedly “not working right now” and gave us a business card to his “other business” and stated that they would take care of it for us. We drove to the other business only to be told that the smog check wouldn’t be free and that he had no idea what we were talking about. Again, very disappointing. I would never come back to this business and don’t recommend it at all.I’d also like to point out that we had an item go missing from inside our car. We had ordered a reservoir cap to ask if they could replace it since ours was broken and was stuck to the reservoir, but since we were informed that the whole reservoir needed to be replaced we didn’t end up asking and accidentally left it in our car but were planning to return it back to Amazon. When we received the car, it was no longer in the center console where we had left it. As I stated, the whole resevoir needed to be replaced which included a cap and the cap was different than the one we had ordered so it definitely wasn’t used. We no longer wanted to deal with this place and the part was only $10 so we didn’t call to ask for it back.One final note, if you don’t want to potentially get scratches on your car I would avoid taking it here. The day we wasted our time sitting in the waiting room for over an hour, we overheard the receptionist telling another employee which cars to bring inside to avoid getting scratched because the cats jump on them. Unfortunately, our car was one of the ones to receive scratches but since our car is older we didn’t bother to bring it to their attention. And yes, we are 100% sure the scratches weren’t there when we brought it in.
