Got an easy quote on yelp. Came through to get my phone camera lens replaced and they finished in half an hour, the perfect amount of time to visit the In-N-Out nearby. Super professional, would recommend if you need your phone fixed.

Very affordable and free parking. Clean, well stocked and inviting business establishment . I had a iPhone 13 Pro Display front screen replaced, while the original battery was compromising screen being expanded and bulging out. I was made aware of, and complimentary refurbished battery installed ! Above and beyond the customer and business relationship of honor. This will be my go to for any repairs in SF Bay Area hands down! Thank you very much for not being that " other guy regular go to general service paid for only wham bam thank you mam out the door “ Not here at World phones , excellent customer experience ! Highly recommended !

So I visited world phones twice now - 1st Time my phone was smashed to pieces and Darryl put it back together like it was brand new - amazing!!! 2nd time. my phone went swimming for a couple hours and again Darryl put it back together like it was brand new - incredible!! Prices are good. Timing is the best, super quick and I trust him 110%. Thank you thank you for being so knowledgeable and great at what you do. I am so grateful and I appreciate your assistance more than you know. I Recommend this place and their craftsmanship more than 5 stars. I'm in emeryville and the drive is well worth it.

I’ve had my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ for over four years now. The charging port stopped working so I scheduled an appointment at the geek squad. They wanted me to leave the phone (at least 5 days) with them while they contacted Samsung for new parts. I found World Phones less than five mins away. I left it with them at 6pm (closing time) and it was ready the next morning. They texted me before they opened and also called me to let me know it was ready.

I decided to make a trip to Pinole to get my iPad screen repaired. Prices in the Berkeley area were not economically feasible. My iPad 6 could be replaced with a refurbished one for $175.00. The costs quoted to me ranged from $170 to $$249. "World Phones" charged me $115.00. The service was excellent. My iPad was ready in one day. The owner also found a broken spring inside which he fixed. at no cost. He showed me a photo of the repair. I highly recommend. If you don't know Pinole well, make sure you get explicit directions. Finding it is a little tricky. It's in a building with many different offices, Entryway is in the rear.

Wife's Pixel 4 started having screen tearing. As we didn't want to replace it so close to the Pixel 8 launch, we decided to try to fix it. Contacted the owner and he got back to me immediately with a reasonable quote. Needed to wait 3 days for parts to come in as he mainly only has Apple and Samsung parts on hand. Owner was super friendly and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend coming here!

Fast, efficient, and wonderful service! I had a pleasant and quick interaction (less than 5 mins) with the gentleman at the counter to drop off my iPhone 11 that needed a screen repair. My phone was done in 45 minutes. He even placed a screen protector on it! Hopefully I won't need to go back, but if so I will definitely choose this place.
