Overcharged for a quick fix and did not do the main thing I needed done, then lied that it was done. Charged 400% for the part I needed, even after I told them where to get it. Could not answer simple questions on what was done.

I got a flat tire on a Tuesday night. When I swapped to my spare, I judged that it was just good enough to get the car to T&T. Unfortunately they didn't have any tires my size in stock and would have to order some for me. They found a used tire that would hold me over until the new set came in and loaned it to me to use while I waited. I am just so impressed by their customer service and by how willing they were to work with me and help me out. I have found my new go to tire shop in Ridgecrest.

This is my go to spot whenever I need tires or anything done to any of my vehicles. They're always kind to come out and put air in any tires, or patch it right away.
Also air up my tires on my RV before I take a trip out of town. I recommend TNT tires to anybody for great service and prices!

I was quoted for a brake replacement of $600 and I had verified that quote on 3 different occasions, including while dropping off my car. When I came to pick it up later that day my total was $1,180. When I asked why the rate had changed the man at the front was immediately defensive and said it was my fault bc I misunderstood what was said. I asked if their quotes normally come without the price of labor and again he buckled down and claimed it was my fault and that I was the one mistaken even tho he was the same guy I had talked to one all THREE occasions of getting the same quote. I will never return here again. There is no excuse to be rude when I was just asking questions and I was not hostile in anyway.

Called first thing in the morning and was able to squeeze a spot for alignment same day. Let me tell you this place is clean, the a/c is ice cold in the waiting room. And the staff is friendliest group around. Wow!! Just look at that beautiful Lazer alignment rack definitely gets the job done truck now steers perfectly straight down the road. Give jeff or bruce a call and they'll get your truck or car fixed up right.

Ridgecrest California! I called several others places for an oil and filter change on diesel engine. They all refused working on a MB LTV Camper. T & T Alignment were courteous, genuine and went out shopping the specific oil that I was requesting for and the oil filter. Furthermore, the charged price was just right. I do recommend them 10/10.
