One year I went without AAA and I realized from now till the end of the world I will always have AAA. There are many services provided with a membership. Some perks that I can't live without are tows up to 200 miles, 5 gal fuel, rental car if I get stuck and dmv tags. Convenient for all my wants and needs. I am never alone on the road when I'm traveling late or far distances. It's my security blanket I can't depart from and haven't for over 22 years. This branch is my go to and I've always received great service, helpful and friendly. Enter through the gate head straight back. Lots of parking available. The entrance is on the back side of the building. Opposite from the street.

I went to take care of business regarding my vehicle. I was VERY WELL taken care of by Casandra. She was AWESOME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER, she is patient, clear on instructions, she made my whole experience comfortable and most pleasant. Gloria K

My experience was not good. I was helped by a woman named Angelica and she was very rude to one of her coworkers in front of me and it made me very uncomfortable. I do no know how the upper staff allows that behavior.. especially in front of the customers. I will NOT return to this location because of Angelica and her rude sassy mouth. She made my whole transaction so uncomfortable. Her poor coworker did nothing wrong and I did not like what I saw.

Asian front desk lady was a bit rude. I said hello and looked at me like I’m some sort of alien. I guess it’s a Riverside thing? They were somewhat speedy though in the DMV process. AAA, Upland employees way friendlier, better service and more attentive towards their customers!

My husband and I wanted to celebrate multiple accomplishments and milestones this year, so we decided to go to Europe. We Knew we would have to take our 3 young children under 12, so we needed help. I tried one travel agent but didn't feel a connection. I looked through positive reviews and saw the name Odette and decided to hunt her down. I'm so glad I did. From the moment we met she was awesome, kind, and funny. She shared our excitement and I felt she was part of the whole experience. Our trip was BIG. Three countries, London, Paris, and Italy. My adventurous spirit led us to do 75% on our own and 25% on a tour bus. Safety was always a priority and Odette ensured that all our decisions and choices kept us safe. She designed our trip like a conductor guides an orchestra. For our arrival we stayed at an amazing hotel in London, in Paris she placed us a stroll away from the Eiffel tower, and in Italy we stayed at a venue with great customer service near the bus station which was perfect for us. Odette's hard work delivered a seamless trip that gave us memories that will last for a lifetime. She always treated me kindly, with respect, and grace even when I would get anxious. I couldn't have asked for a better travel Agent. Odette was not only an amazing Agent but she is an amazing person. If you're lucky to meet and work with her, you will see for yourself. I needed to renew my vehicle registration and replace my license plate because it was stolen. I made a police report for the stolen plate, went into AAA early on a Monday morning and was literally there no longer than 15 mins. They didn't even ask for the police report which was good because the Police said , I had to wait 10-14 days to get the paperwork /copy.? I had the police report number but there was really even no need for it. I walked out with my new vehicle registration, stickers and license plates in hand. Saved me the 2-3 hour wait at the DMV. Plus I still had to go to work in the afternoon, so It worked out perfect. I hope this helps someone else in a jam and short on time. If any questions, you might wanna call AAA ahead of time but I definitely walked out of there happy and fast.

To whom it may concernI have continuously tried to make an effort to resolve my claim and have my vehicle repaired to its previous condition but AAA has prevented me from being able to do so.From the start of my claim, I have had trouble reaching people to talk to and often was left with no response. This accident was not my fault and I was promised that my insurance would take care of everything for me and make this process the least complicated—that has proved to be untrue.As a paying customer, I am frustrated. My doors were not damaged prior to the accident. I had no issues whatsoever and was able to safely get in and out of the car with my two small children. Had it not been for this accident, I would still have working doors and no problems. The impact is what compromised my vehicle and is what has affected the doors. The vehicle was in excellent condition prior to the accident.I am now being told that the doors will not be covered by my insurance, which has caused concern for additional costs that I can not afford and concern about the safety of myself and children in this vehicle that AAA will not help me get repaired.I believe that AAA is being unfair and not repairing my vehicle to its full condition prior to the accident. I believe my calls are being avoided and I am not being assisted. I believe AAA is just trying to cut corners and cost.

Had just gotten the car smogged and went down the street to complete the registration on a Saturday morning.I had almost no wait. I was out so fast. Everyone was really friendly too.

No long lines like at the DMV, went in for registration renewal was out in 15 minutes DMV might of taken 1 hour. Been a member of AAA over 15 years.

With everything online I really really strongly dislike having to go into a physical space. But I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this Triple A office, I was greeted with a genuine greeting not a forced one. The representative who attended to us was Claudia SB and I have to say she's the main reason I'd go back. She was very helpful, nice and efficient. She managed to take care of what I needed quickly without making us feel like we were rushed. She made a connection that felt authentic, true and top tier customer service. I hope her boss knows what a Gem she is.

Be very careful when getting an international drivers permit from this location. First time getting one so I had no experience what needed to be filled out. I relied on the worker to fill it out correctly. She made sure my name and address was written correctly and my picture had the necessary AAA stamps. The major part that she didn't stamp was the type of vehicle I was allowed to drive. I would have thought she knew what she was doing. But obviously she didn't. It derailed my plans and make everything so inconvenient. Please be diligent and make sure name and address is correct, picture is stamped, AND type of vehicle is stamped.

I have AAA insurance and roadside assistance. I called roadside assistance yesterday 10/13/ 2023. I waited for four hours for a tow truck to show up. I had a flat tire. I was at the gas station for four hours. I call AAA back and ask what's taking so long and they had no idea what was going on. I asked the young lady to call the tow truck guy and he told me that they just put the request in, I was at the gas station from 2:45pm until 6:00pm the worst service I ever had, I have never had a flat tire. I was at a gas station in a bad neighborhood. I had bystanders helping me out. AAA is the worst service ever. I'm only giving them one star only because I couldn't give them zero stars.

I wish they would have some their due diligence over the phone to tell me to go to the dmv. I came and waited only to be told to go to the dmv. Hoping for a better experience next time.
