I enjoyed my experience, my bank agent helped me upload my digital card into my payment system with Google wallet.Plus ensured me that buying a home is something they can help me with. I loved this first impression. Really good place. Go #1 Chase bank!

Very unprofessional wait times and cannot simply help with basic questions when they refuse to answer the phone to the branch. Having go wait currently on the smallest bit of information and most likely wasting time because they will only treat me like a human and answer a simple question 1 at a time.

This Chase location is not helpful. I’ve attempted to meet with Idabel multiple times to get banking help and she is always too busy, backed up, or out. I’ve attempted to call with no luck for getting a return call. I’ll be moving my business from here asap.

Good customer service at bank. Drive through nice as well. Clean and easy to find. ( Try the Baked & Scones bakery for breakfast, pastries or lunch after your visit. The best!!)

During my vacation trip from Illinois to Santa Monica Pier I stopped for a day in Las Vegas and my wallet was stolen.Chase debit card, credit card, drivers license and some money was gone.I would like to continue my trip to Santa Monica.I found very friendly Chase Bank branchin Riverside, CA where lost and frustrated travelers can find help and understanding. Two wonderful ladies Christina and Jessica helped me to with access to my accounts and continue my bucket list trip. I just have met friends in Riverside. Thank you very much for your kind help Ladies.

I was traveling RT 66 from Illinois to Santa Monica Pier. I stoped for a day in Las Vegas and my wallet was stolen. Chase debit card, credit card and drivers license and little money was gone. I didn't want to cancel my trip and I am in California now. In Riverside, CA I found very friendly Chase Bank Branch on 6245 Riverside Ave. Two wonderful ladies, Christina and Jessica helped me out with access to my accounts and safe my "bucket list" trip. And this is how I found new friends in Riverside. Thank you Christina and Jessica, thank you Chase Bank
