  According to Annette Brock, this place is employing a man who was convicted of elder abuse. His name is Joseph Victorian White and the facility claims they cannot fire him due to the possibility of being sued or their insurance premiums going up. This must be fixed. They are lying. In California you don't need a reason to terminate but even if you did, I'd think this would be the one.Annette's post on Nextdoor:Elder Abuse. Joseph (Jo Jo) Victorian White was convicted of felony elder abuse a few years ago. My mom was a victim. She trusted him and he stole thousands of dollars in cash and property from her. My mom never recovered from the humiliation and heartbreak she felt over being betrayed by this man she considered to be a dear friend.I recently discovered that Jo Jo Victorian White is working at the Riverside Community Access Center, an organization that provides resources, advocacy and services for the disabled, elderly, and vulnerable people in our community. When I called the Access Center to ask how a person convicted of felony elder abuse could get a job there, they said that they hadn’t known anything about his criminal history because they don’t do background checks, and they can’t fire him because they could possibly be sued for wrongful termination which would raise their insurance premiums.I’m sure the Access Center and their partner organizations do a lot of great work in the community. But knowingly allowing a person who has been convicted of crimes against the elderly to continue working at their business that “provides resources, advocacy, and education” to our most vulnerable population seems pretty irresponsible to me.

While we are new finding assistance, we made the right call finding the Community Access Center in Riverside with your team Leonard Ortega, Maria Rojas, Faustino, Mario Janesin. They provided a lot of useful tools that can be applied today as we need lots of resources at this time. We will be back and appreciate all the support to keep my dad alive!We had a terrible experience at the hemet hospital and now to have my dad fully disabled, is a shock and with everyone telling us it can take up to two weeks for assistance.The Community Access Center saved the DAY!!While we will still need in the future diapers, bed linens and cognitive items for care.. Hoyer Lifts, mobility bed / chair and as my dad can't care for himself at this time. Plus any suggestions, would be greatly appreciated.Thank you so very much! This team has continued to give in the time of need. While my dad's is back at Loma Linda with Excellent care from the best Hospital!Thank you and very grateful! Highly recommended!!   Impressed how good service of Community Access Center in Riverside, Executive director Paul was very nice and his effect was done what I needed the door bell and flashing light fire alarm devices for my new apartment recently. Greatly appreciated Paul's help. Any deaf clients can go there. Many thanks, Paul.

  Community Access Center (CAC)? It's totally horribleness service that what they never given to helpin' out of stresses customers but absolutely requirement services for seniors citizens only. They never ALLOWED to find a (FIRST CLASS) luxurious rental agreement for a houses & apartments neighborhood but they choose one for (LOWER CLASS) which can find to affordable rental houses & apartments where they given you to live in theirs bad neighborhood where you live in there for your own risk stay survive without danger neighbors. I could give it to (CAC) for ZERO stars less than One Star and Wish of (CAC) shalls be shutdown Incons business asap!
