The only issue I have is we all go into work early. The competition near them is open early. We would bring more clothes to them if they're open early so we can drop off before going to work. That's the only thing. Sorry

To be honest, I only went to this place because my friend gave it raving reviews and claimed Zak's work was great. I also wanted to support a local small business and not just throw away perfectly good purses for minor repairs. He charged me $30 to "repair" a zipper on one purse and redo the edge of another purse. The zipper repair was so sloppy. It legitimately appears that he used crazy glue the end of and did some very sloppy stitching. Sure the zipper works again, but take some pride in your work. Didn't even bother hiding the stitching. The purse with the redone edge looked worse than it did originally. He completely butchered the PU and put the strap back on twisted around so it was not usable. I took this one back to be fixed because there was no way I had paid $15 to get a purse back that I couldn't even use the strap correctly.When I picked up the purses (the first time) he told me the purses were old as if that was an excuse for the shoddy repairs. He did repair the purse with the twisted strap without any additional fees/charges, but I doubt I'll take anything back here for repair. I love my Lily Bloom purses and it's only because they're hard to find nowadays that I chose to get them repaired. As it is, I ended up ordering a new one on eBay because I'm not sure the "repairs" are gonna hold up well over time and I'm still going to need a purse. Also, bring cash. He emphasized multiple times, he only works with cash. And you don't get a receipt either.

I honestly don’t like to give poor reviews but I feel like I just got robbed. Went in to get several heel straps fixed because they were too big. We got all our 6 pairs back and ALL are way too tight now, to the point that I can’t put my foot in. One of the heels backs were damaged as well. The owner measured the straps himself too. At the time of pick up he mentioned if they are too tight they will stretch (probably because he knew they were way too tight). I didn’t even bother going back because he is pretty rude. I am honestly sad and will never come back here again.
