if you adopt from room 8 or petco make sure to triple check for any illnesses, diseases, infections, etc. i adopted a kitten from petco, which came from room 8, and the kitten had ringworm. i didn't know what it was i thought it was dry skin. my family ended up getting ring worm as well and my niece ended up getting it on her scalp, causing her to have a bald patch. not only was it the kitten i got but there were other kittens/cats infected with ringworm. pls be careful with adopting an animal because i wouldnt want someone going through the same thing. this was a very traumatic experience and a strong lesson learned when it comes to adopting.

The employees were super attentive with the questions I had and helped me locate products that I wanted . The store itself is updated, clean and organized. This location was so nice- I really wish this was my local store!

This Petco is smaller from where they were on Tyler. But it's nice and clean.

They made up so many excuses to not groom my dog. First, she reacts negatively to men. Then, she her surgical wound is still raised. Lastly, she nipped the groomer so we think she's a danger. I've NEVER had any issues at any other petco. Apparently, I'm not the only one this has happened to. Guess I should have read the reviews before wasting my time and gas.

Customer service was great with the grooming department. I had a problem with one thing, they shaved too much around the eyes and is really noticeable on my baby.

Love the new store! The reptile/pet and fish enclosures were really nice. There was a big selection of healthy fish. Everyone was super friendly too

Petco no longer carries the pet food I use and the support items are not regularly in stock so I go to a local family owned pet store that caters to my needs. Petco can go away, I wouldn’t notice or care.

I was just here, I was trying to buy live plants for my fish tank, I was also trying to buy some Glofish sharks, waited for about 15 minutes, no one came to ask if I needed assistance. Then I went to look for employees, saw 3 employees, 2 females 1 male, talking in the isles. I said excuse me I need someone to help me get some fish, the male employee said “it’s gona be a second” turned around and continued talking.
Oh I’m sorry, last I checked gossiping and hanging out while on the clock is not considered working. Never coming back here, will go to the pet shop in Corona instead.

Sarah has been grooming our standard poodle over a year. Our poodle was very Standish but Sarahs patience, loving character and professional grooming skills made our girl at peace. Thank you Sarah for all your work you have done to our susy. Ohhh wait susy says thank you too.
