I'm not sure why anyone needs to make an appointment here. I had an appointment at 9:30 am. checked in and got a message saying the technician is ready for me. Walk in and wait for 30 minutes, and I was never called in. They need to do better than that.

highly recommend making an appointment as you bypass the walk-ins. great electronic check in system, only thing to note is although I signed up for a text notification when my appointment is ready, they did not send one and only called by name. so you might get skipped if you aren’t waiting by the door.in and out (with appointment) in 15 min. received the lab test results the next day.

What a very unprofessional environment, they freaked out my son while he had to get blood work done, older women and younger guy with beard stole my very expensive glasses! I left them on the counter while I was tending to my son, when I called 5 min later realizing I left them they claim to be no glasses. What a unprofessional place do not recommend! Also I’m demanding a payback for my glasses that they stole!

The workers are always very nice and gets my it the first try compared to other places they take care of you good . They are fast with getting your stuff done so you don't have to wait long and help with the insurance.

Previous experiences have been good, but please please be aware that if you are a walk in you have to absolutely wait nearby. Preferably right by the door as your name will be called once and if not present they will move on. Normally this is understandable, but when setting up your appointment there is an option to receive notifications.Their system does not work however and you will not receive a message when it is your turn. You will then have to use the express checkout again, which will lead to double the wait time.

Fantastic experience here. Hardly any wait, helpful and friendly staff, in and out in less than 15 minutes without an appt, including my wait time! Best LabCorp location in the IE, can't miss it.

First time I’ve gone here. I had an appointment and waited maybe five minutes. I had my four year old with me and they allowed her to sit in a chair while I got my blood drawn. I barely felt the needle go in and the lady was done within minutes. She also let my daughter use the restroom in there. She was also very nice and professional.

I love the ladies at this location!!! they are both amazing,Lisa always draws my blood and she is very very kind and she knows what she’s doing. i highly recommend!!! best place in riverside! i’ve been coming here for a while and i’ll never ever leave.

The worst place to go for any kind of blood work ,the employees are awful and rude. Walgreens need to hire new employee's .

I had a great experience at this labcorp. They were friendly, efficient, & didn’t have a hard time drawing my blood either which was nice. Some people have struggled in the past so it was nice to get in and out of there quickly. Remember they do close for lunch from 11:30-12:30.

I have never waited too long at this location. More importantly, I have never had a bad phlebotomist. It's always quick and painless. I drive almost ten miles to use this Labcorp. Today, I took my very anxious son. The phlebotomist, whose name was Rosalyn I think, (something like that. I forget. ) is the most patient and kind person ever. She did a great job. This is definitely the best Labcorp in Riverside.
