Sam’s is a joke they have changed there return policy completely to avoid returns I have an item that clearly says back by Sam satisfaction guarantee for years of use and didn’t return it cause it over 90 days I would stick to Costco from now on

Messy all the time. Noticed that most Sam's locations that have severe opportunities are ran by the same market manager. Perhaps a new market manager is needed to give club managers better leadership?
