Stay away from this place!!!! I purchased a washer and dryer as an open box item. They failed to tell me it was used and was returned to Samsung because it was not repairable!! I also purchased a warranty and was sold the wrong one. When I called to have my washer repaired the warranty company told me I should have been sold a used appliance policy and they would not cover my product. They are dishonest and not worth the trouble!!

Great selection and great customer service. If they don’t have it in the store, they can check inventory at their other locations so be sure to talk to them about what you want.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would! Mauricio was so pushy and and the worst salesman. This place is a scam and you might as well buy your appliances new! DO NOT COME HERE. The owners are also terrible. Go to Home Depot instead and save your time from the hole in the wall!!!

A close friend of mine recommended me this place since he got his fridge from about 5 years ago now. I visited this location and was helped out by Kim. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was super kind and patient with us, and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. She even offered my wife and I a candy to give to our little boy who was not wanting to be really be there since he’s only 4. That was very thoughtful of her. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to pressure us into buying. She knew we were comparing different models and were indecisive at the time. She gave us a great deal and informed us that they had another location closer to where we live and said we could stop by there and check out their selection over there as well. Ultimately we ended up buying the one we saw at her location on Mission Inn and got it delivered the next day. So far I’m just waiting for the email for the extended warranty but other than that everything went well.

The store employee was very helpful and seeetI bought a stove without any pressure. The silvery was smooth and the person who dilvered it was very friendly and efficient I would definitely recommend the store.

I was in need of new appliances (cooktop, oven and microwave). I call the store and was helped by Bladimir Rosales. He was very professional and knowledgeable on the appliances. He worked with us and helped us choose the right ones to fit our dimensions. Because of Bladimir's great customer service, I highly recommend him for your appliance needs. As for the store, I am happy with their prices and availability of inventory. Yes, I bought all I needed in one transaction!

The appliance outlet has terrible customer service. I bought a washer and dryer and needed dryer converted to propane. They did not place the legally required sticker indicating the gas conversion, and they will not return my phone calls asking for a confirmation this process was done. Their delivery guys also chipped washer while stacking dryer, and owner still has not refunded $50 credit for the chip. Avoid this business!
