Inconsiderate and lacking compassion.
My family and I got to the animal hospital about 15 minutes early because our dog began to have sudden labored breathing, her tongue turn white, and she had passed out. We waited from 5 am till 6:30 at home to bring her here because the emergency hospital that is in Grand Terrace was closed since it’s Monday. We know this place opens at 7 so we waited for them to open. Around 6:45 we see the two receptionists in the office and they see us but they both choose to ignore us after we have waved them down. It’s now 6:57 and they are both just sitting at their desk as we are standing outside having a clear look at them. The receptionist finally gets us from her chair to open the door around 6:59, she walks all the way up to the door and she literally waited to push the door open as she looked at her watch for it to turn 7 am. She finally lets us in I tell her our situation and she tells us they won’t have the Vet in till 9am. We were literally waiting there for 15 minutes and she saw us and said nothing while our dog is in pain, panting, and having the worst day of her life. Lack of compassion and empathy.

The pet place animal hospital is very nice. They even help me out a lot more than they should and I. And gratitude for the doctors that work there mister d especially nice and I like him a lot due to my lack of calling in and not calling in. They are charging me $89. And it's only supposed to be sixty one, if I get mister, d he will wave it, and at the time i'm, they're having issues with myself as in back problems. My left eye going out but they don't look at these because I had I missed so many appointments, but the hospital is really good about this and they take good care of your animals . If it weren't for them, I'd be lost and my pet would be lost, but they did. Oh well, good job. I love doctor d

Thank you for giving me hope. You were honest with us and our family regards Pono. You let us come and visit several times during the week he was sick. He is home now doing much better. I appreciate your kindness and responsiveness to his illness.

They are the sweetest ever. They were honest when treating my dog, and gave me the time I needed to think. When I had to make the hardest decision on laying my dog to rest, They were so sympathetic and I truly appreciate the staff and the vet. The staff even sent me a sympathy card signed by them all with warm thoughts. I definitely recommend them.

I've only been a few times and the experience is always welcoming and professional. My kitten and I ended up getting lost in the shuffle of so many walk in appointments and pet pick ups that I ... I feel asleep. However that tells you a lot about the layout and construction quality of the building that while waiting in an exam room it was still 'calm' enough inside the exam room that I was able to nod off. I know they board pets as well and groom - they're really the full package at this installation. I haven't used those options but that does mean that they can get busy even with all the efforts to make appointments.

I saw Dr. B and he answered all my questions! The front office staff and vet techs were nice also. Most importantly, my wait time was not long. I came here last year- it was my first vet visit of my first pet. I didn't know what type of care I was receiving- whether it was good or bad, simply because it was my first experience and had nothing to compare it to. But after having to go to other clinics for acute/urgent concerns when this clinic was closed, I know now my care at Pets Place was great all along to begin with. Thank you so much from me and Enzo

Our pets are our family members! We recently lost our big girl! I called the vet who handled our big girl crossin the rainbow bridge to see who they could recommend! The Pets Place they said! I arrived w our latest edition! I was impressed before I even got inside! Plenty of parking, a nice grass area are great!
Inside was cool, spacious, & smelled nice! The staff were absolutely amazing! They all had great attitudes, were warm, & friendly! The lobby was clean! Comfortable chairs! I didn’t wait long before they called Bentley (our pup) & myself back! Room was clean, the chair was super comfortable!
I am super stoked to say we have found our permanent Vet! The Dr., the Tech were great! Explained the Vaccines in detail & everything he did with Bentley!
They set the appointment for her next round of vaccines! Tho many of us would drain our savings for our fur babies, it was great to not walk out bankrupt from the Vet! Very reasonable very fair!

The team at Pets Place have been amazing at getting my dog's thyroid in check. Office is clean and nice and the vet tech Amanda has been nothing but the sweetest to my dog every time we go in.
