Well, the young Indian guy who’s On shift tonight 2/15/25 at 7:15pm. I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews. However, this one’s definitely warranted as people should know when stores Are shady or have shady employees trying to rip you off. This is at least the fourth time now I’ve caught this employee adding $1-$2 to my purchase. I brought one of the gum canisters with 40 pieces of gum in it to be rung up at the counter. The actual price was $6.49……. He tried to charge me $8.49.
Here’s what really gets me, When I called him out and said to him “hey man that’s stealing, cmon’, you really trying to get over on me for $2? Do the owners know you’re doing that)?
(He’s got short hair dresses like an American, Traditional American haircut, no turban, earrings in both ears, And always on his cell phone) The attitude , I just can’t get over it.
Hopefully the owners read this review and do something about it. Or he is family and he’s been instructed to do so who knows.
I do know this much, It’s prompted me to call corporate to let them know I’m giving serious thought to taking my $150,000-$190,000 company fleet fuel account elsewhere.

I been to this store many times. The staff is very friendly and provide good customer service. They always had good deals and promotions running. Nice and clean store all time. Very satisfying and happy to be there again.

I was with Landon and they screamed at us to hurry and we were not even IN THERE FOR 1 MINUTE and I read the review and it said to call this number on a Saturday and when I called with my friends and we all called them it’s sad there was no business today and you can’t call on a Saturday or Sunday which I can understand I’m just mad about the bad customer service and them telling us to call on a Saturday even though they knew you couldn’t call
Workers very rude and impolite

We are just kids trying to have fun on a Friday so we decided to give the ampm in Rocklin our business and when we were trying to help and count the coins so we dont mis pay, they starting to yell at us, horrible place do not recommend

Customer service clerk (Singh) at 1pm on a Sunday refused to take my $5 bill. He refused to take legal tender! The bill had been through the washer and looked a bit funny, but still he should have legally taken the bill for payment of goods.

Dishonest bussines practice. Would not honor 5th free drink when you buy 4 , stated the system did not recognize the card. Unethical bussiness practices

BEWARE of their buy 4 get one free drinks. Bad , dishonest business practices. I brought my card in stamped for 4 drinks . I went to get my 5th free coffee cup and the attendant would not honor it. I thought it might be a new person, tried the next time when I gassed up an they said they won't take that kind of card anymore. ( convent, after I purchased their 4 drinks. they had no problem taking the card when I was purchasing the 4 drinks. Very dishonest practice as far as I am concerned.

Poorly managed retail establishment, with unreal prices.overcharges and wont correct errors.example Item typically sells between $3.49 and $3.99highest posted price, where they were located = $4.29i Was charged over $8, so i went back.clerk said he could not fix or correct it, nor was it his problem.discovered all flavors were all in system at various amounts, all at about twice the posted price (and more than twice average retail price)
