From the initial phone call to the first contact upon arrival, the team at My Auto Surgeon was incredibly friendly, professional, and they made me feel like they genuinely cared about me as a customer. They even went out of their way to get the parts (break pads) picked up by someone on their team in order to get my car done by the end of day, as I needed to be on the road early the next morning. Great people! Great service! Great experience!

This shop has been great! They get you in fast and their prices are reasonable. The communication was great. They give you the quote up front and make sure to let you know if there are any issues found during the repair so that you don’t have any surprises with pricing. They also did my son’s car and both are running great. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

We had Auto Surgeon complete two pre-purchase inspections on separate Audis, and we’re so glad we did. They caught several issues on the first car that saved us from making a bad purchase.
