I was greeted warmly by Irene Thomson at the front door. She was very helpful and personable. I found my couch and she gave me a discount! I'll be coming back to pick out a kitchen table.

Not only were Raj and Jim highly professional, but they also exhibited a genuine passion for their work. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every step of the process. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience enjoyable.

The sales person was friendly but not overbearing. He let me look around and returned occasionally to see if I liked anything & when I found something I liked he created discounts due to my Veteran status to allow me to get an item I wasn’t expecting at this time.
