The first thing B- mo did when the change over took place was charge my account $10. Nice way of saying glad you decided to bank with us.

I have bank with this bank for over 8 years and I always have issues with my account, lately I’ve been calling for a manager almost every month because there is always an issue with my account

If I could give this bank a zero I would! 3 times they have double charged a payment on my account they are the worst in customer service hold times are forever! DO NOT EVER USE THIS BANK
