So rude and I’ll never go back there because the customer service was terrible. Not true bankers don’t know what they were. What is so wrong when asking for a business card? There are friendlier Chase Banks then this one.

They are not good at the teller station. They want to know what your going to do with your money. The Vice President, Jeanna Garrett wanted me to sit down and have a meeting with her about what I was going to do with $1500 dollars ? I told her she was crazy. The Branch Manager has no right to know what you do with your money. Even the District Manager told me I was wrong, "they do have a right to know how you use your money." Absolutely nuts at that Chase location. Is this still America?

Their atm has two machines side by side, but during bad rain there is no overhead covering, you can get wet.

Today I went to the chase bank in Rohnert park,I am not very good with the computer, when it's something new but Dale,was there with me 110%..He showed me patient"s and kindness..Thank you,this old lady appreciate"s Dale Martin!!

Came in for help setting up automated credit card payments from my checking account. They assured me it would work & then it didn't. When I came in the next day to dispute they told me that there was nothing they could do. Years later I learned that they could've helped. At best they are misinformed, worst experience at Chase I've ever had. Their poor service will haunt my credit score for 7 years.

I love everyone at this branch! They know me by name and always greet me warmly. They make great small talk and my account is always well taken care of. They are efficient and get people in and out quickly. Great job everyone! I appreciate all of your efforts!

I changed my review of this bank to reflect the efforts of the branch manager to get a 7 day hold removed on a check I deposited, a hold that was only made transparent AFTER the deposit process was completed! Deposit on December 1st? You’ll see those funds December 10th have a nice day. She clearly made getting this hold released a priority since the entire deposit was available early the next day. This was a far different experience than the usual polite indifference that you get at most banks.

I have had the pleasure of having an account with them for over 3 years now. Their team is very friendly, professional, and ready to help! The lines aren’t too long and the building is well kept. They are a great team. I like how they offer coffee and that since I am a college student, they offer a college checking account. I love how close it is to SSU and to my house. Makes it convenient. 5 stars! Highly recommend!

Even though Chase is one of the world's largest banks the Rohnert Park branch feels like a community bank. Staff and tellers are friendly and always willing to help. They also have great private banking services.

I went into this branch with my elderly father-in-law to help him initiate a wire for a real estate transaction. We waited in line and when we reached the front we were told they could not assist us. Instead we would need to provide a phone number to have them call and schedule an appointment with a banker. Frustrated, I provided my number and asked how long they thought it would be to get scheduled, since there was some urgency for him to get the wire sent. They didn't seem concerned about the urgency and said I would receive a call "sometime later today or tomorrow". It has been 72 hours since I visited that branch and nobody has even had the courtesy to call me... let alone set up an appointment to get the wire sent. That is horrible customer service. Just horrible. Had we waited patiently for the call, he would have missed the closing deadline on the property. Luckily I am resourceful enough to have found a different Chase branch in Petaluma where the manager understood the urgency and he got the wire sent. My father-in-law is so upset about his experience in Rohnert Park that he is looking into changing banks. If you want a bank that cares about its customers and provides great service, look elsewhere...this is why people hate "big banks" so much.
