Well organized. While looking through jeans I noticed the clothing smells like it's not been washed. I wish the clothes could be washed first, but I know it would raise the prices considerably. At $10 for a pair of used jeans I think the prices are high enough. Not a huge selection at this location, but still worth stop.

We were in the area and came here. There's plenty of parking. It's very organized and clean. I noticed they had a lot of clothes all very clean. They had a great book section. Most book were pretty new and these are books you can find at target within the last year. They were priced very reasonable. Hardcover $2 and paper backs $1. The lady who rang us up was very pleasant. Overall we had a good experience.

Store manager adds shipping costs to furniture and large items. You're there and it's local but you'll pay a bit extra for it. Couldn't believe what I was hearing when I heard it. Good luck though I won't be buying from goodwill anymore. They make 100% profit on these locally donated stuff. I don't think they should be able to Google anything. I've been noticing a lot of there items are exactly half off the price on eBay. But at least look at what it would fit not this person wants it for $50 so imma make it $25 + $10 shipping.

I check this place out a couple times a week & I must say, it's always good each time. There's great finds. Good prices, each time I need something I tend to get lucky & get exactly what I'm looking for. It's stocked, easy to find stuff. I feel like they can have a wider book selection but other than that I like coming to this store. They take donations too!

Standard goodwill, some pretty good outdoor clothing finds. Prices a little high (sweatshirts about 10) but that’s about usual these days. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well organized

What a horrible experience!!!! Came here to donate about 20 garbage bags full of new like new kids clothing, but after the horribly rude mean Karen in the donation area never again. There store is almost empty could use a good amount of nice things to fill it up. But this lady needs to quit she has to be a cancer for the company!!!! Pulled up asked politely if there donations were open since there weee comes blocking all parking spots. She replied rudely ummm yeah today wet are!!!! Then I opened trunk she starts pointing out things she doesn't want to keep like she owns the F'ing store!!!! No toys no stuffed animals no this no that!!! I asked why you sell these items in store she responds BARELY!!!! So I slammed my trunk and took it to at Vincent around the corner. If anyone is looking for new like new kids clothes go to st Vincent de Paul.

Arrived there at 4 pm on a Monday only to discover they were closed. They need to update their Yelp hours. Closed all day Monday and Tuesday.

Goodwills in Santa Rosa. Worse place to donate. Jacked up merchandise for profit making. CEO gets paid 6 digit numbers plus a yearly bonus. This is a for profit organization regardless of what they say. They do hire people with no jobs/skills to prepare them for the future. However; if CEO does not like you they get rid of you. They have a policy where they can let you go for no reason. In the main office people are overworked due to lack of staff. Since CEOs goal is profit, one at times are doing 2 peoples jobs.Goodwill Board needs to investigate CEO on all the constant hiring and firing. CEO has been there a very long time so they trust her too much.CEO also has demeaned and belittled many employees.

I visited this Goodwill over the holidays. It's a large store with somewhat dim lighting, but it's possible to find some good stuff. I took home an Old Navy dress with tags on, a nice gold long sleeve sweater, a patterned warm cardigan, a cool cactus print button up, etc. The first notable thing that stood out to me was that the items are priced at fixed rate - for example, all dresses were $10. I haven't experienced that at a thrift store before. I imagine it could work out in your favor, but more often than not it would result in a worse deal than other thrifts. The second notable thing was that someone walked in to shop with a chinchilla on their shoulder! That was fun to see. Other than that, it's good to know that the dressing rooms are closed during COVID. Staff was courteous but busy. Small-ish parking lot connected to other stores nearby. Drop-offs are behind the building.

I love this goodwill. I collect vintage clothing as well as costumes, and am most interested in more formal dresses that have rockabilly or gothic aesthetics. I have had so much luck at this store! I found some beautiful velvet dresses that I wear often, as well as a Fredericks of Hollywood dress that I adore. The last time I was in, I found a renaissance costume dress, a pinup dress, and some really cute sunglasses. It can be a bit overpriced, but the dresses I've found would go for much more if I bought them from the original stores or online. The gal working the cash register also always remembers me and is so sweet!

This is my favorite Goodwill from San Rafael to Healdsburg. The store is big. It's clean and well organized and there are amazing things at incredible prices. Special thanks to the lead cashier Deb for always being friendly and helpful!
