I went to the Rohnert Park Office for Second look at my taxes. I saw Cynthia she made me feel welcome, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I have small business taxes which can be a bit confusing. My taxes were done in about an hour. I’ll be seeing Cynthia next year for sure. If your nervous about getting your taxes done go to this office they’re very professional.

Dropped my paperwork all organized, including my routing numbers on a Saturday afternoon and still no response from anyone in the office. I left 4 messages and no contact ever was made via email or text. This not very professional and is disappointing. The desk doesn't know anything or ever has a thorough answer for anything. Someone needs to audit this location.
