I told the front desk that the doctor sent the medicine to your pharmacy, but she actually asked another 986 if my medicine was at theirs. Just because I told her that I got the medicine at another address 986 before, I will wait. During about 20 minutes, she said that she was already making follow-up calls to ask the doctor if the medicine had been distributed. She also said that other 986 said there was no need for me. medicine, I’m surprised. What are you talking about? Since I came to your address to pick up the medicine, it means that my medicine has been sent to your address. She suddenly realized it and quickly checked. After checking, my medicine was indeed at your address, and then They asked me to go out and wait again. After waiting for another ten minutes, they asked me to come in. Then they told me that my medicine was out of stock and I had to order it. Oh my God. , I really wasted more than half an hour there. My child wanted to go to the toilet. They didn’t have a toilet there. There was no toilet in this plaza, and it was hard to find the address of their pharmacy. I tried it the first time. Going back, by the way, when my child wanted to go to the toilet at first, I told the woman that I should drive him to the toilet first. So, I wanted to return the flashing card of the order to her, and she kept promising me that it would be very soon, and she would return it to me and ask me to wait here again. During this period, my child kept urging me. Whenever someone wanted to go to the toilet, I kept the child waiting. As a result, I didn’t get the medicine and didn’t take care of the child. I was really unhappy.

Recently moved from Valley Square Pharmacy to this one and I love it! The customer services from all staff members are excellent, very kind and considerate to all.

The doctor gave me the go-ahead to buy medicine for my kid because she wasn't feeling well. I don't know anything about the medication he wrote. Thankfully, this drugstore's pharmacist was able to assist me. She was prompt and really informed. I appreciate the excellent service. Keep going!

This Pharmacy is a fraud! They forced me to get my medication when I didn't even want it. Then when I went to another pharmacy with a new prescription, they refused to return it to the insurance company and forced me to go back there when it's so hot outside to get the medication. Caution, This pharmacy does fraud their patients and I will report this to the board of pharmacy. Lets see if they will refuse to reverse out any medication later on.

I recently stopped by this local pharmacy to pick up a prescription and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was. [Parking]: You can park in front of the pharmacy via Garvey Ave, but there are only two available spots (just don't park at spots with a sign that says "No Parking - Loading Only). There are plenty of parking spots in the back of the building, but the entrance is located on Pine St. [Text]: I actually received a text from 986 Pharmacy when it was time for me to refill my prescription - so this pharmacy is pretty up-to-date with the modern communication! [Language]: This pharmacy mostly focuses on the local Vietnamese American community, but they have people who can speak various languages such as English, Mandarin, Cantonese, etc. [Experience]: Very friendly and fast. I was able to get in and out of the pharmacy in less than 10 minutes for my very 1st visit. The counter got pixie glass so you will feel very safe. The staff will provide a printout of drug & health information upon request. Quick and friendly service - you really can't ask better here!

Amazing staff with super fast service. The pharmacists there speak Vietnamese but the techs there can also speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Trieu Chau, and Spanish. I love that they go out of their way to greet you when you enter the pharmacy and they make sure to sanitize their counters often and removed all furniture to help stop the spread of Covid-19. If you hate going to your local CVS or Walgreens you need to transfer your prescriptions to this pharmacy NOW! One last amazing thing is that if you live close by, they even offer FREE delivery!!!!

Friendly staff and great customer service, Never a long wait. Always make you feel welcome. It made it better for me once my doctor office changed location to have both doctor office and pharmacy in one location.

Loved this place. They have an aroma therapy air infuser which calms my nerves instantly when I enter the door. It makes my wait quite the treat to say the least.

Polite and fast. They can speak mandarin, Cantonese, English, and Vietnamese . It's better than most pharmacy. especially some pharmacists which speak Chinese with bad service. I recommend 986 pharmacy and LA pharmacy.

Normally, I wouldn't really write a review for a pharmacy, but for these guys, I just have to! So I was recommended to come here by my primary care physician. Right when I walked through the door, I was greeted and they took care of me right away. Granted, it did take a while to get my prescription (not their fault though, my PCP's office took a while getting the prescription to them), they were nothing but kind. Unfortunately, one of the things I needed was a special medicine that they had to mix, so they said they would order the supplies to make it for me-- & they did! I picked it up 2 days later, and they explained how to use everything in detail! The pharmacists there are really caring, not like other places where pharmacists just hand you the medicine and tell you to read the label. These guys really want to make sure you know what you're taking and that you're taking the medicine correctly! All the staff here is just A+, & I highly recommend them to anyone!!!
