Why UPS can be 5 times more expensive than USPSI wanted to mail out a check for express they charges $50And regular mail is $20 And no stamp for sale because stamp is too cheap they couldn't ask for high price

Their notary service is not reliable. We did 2 notaries Service which cost us $60 just to find out that they use copies papers that does not meet the requirements so we end up wasting $60 and our time and stress.

after being denied by the MPK/Garvey location and the old asian guy refusing my amazon return and NOT WANTING MY BUSINESS...I came to the Rosemead UPS location to do my returns. Daniel and Leo are THE BEST (!!!) and helped out with my return - no questions asked. they treated all their guests with respect and kindness...this is my new go-to for UPS now. Thank you guys for your help!

Update 2 Review:Tldr: no real greeting, no instructions, treated me very unprofessionally.Very poor customer service.I came to drop off two items, I stood a few feet in front of the register until the clerk acknowledged me. I approached the register to his left, my right, and he said nothing. I stood there, looking at him for a moment and he said nothing. Then.. I heard a metal tapping sound coming from the other side and I realized he was tapping on the scale. I could not see the scale from where I was so we're lucky that i even looked to see what that sound was. I'm sorry, but I'm not a trained dunprofessional., I don't know what you want if you do not use words; that was incredibly insulting.Updated Review:Drop off went as expected; quick and easy. They accepted my Amazon package which means they worked out their Amazon issues.Original Review:"No Amazon" here. Wow. For a "UPS Store" this is hugely disappointing. If this was a generic shipping store that does UPS, I would understand

PRINT YOUR OWN LABELS BEFORE GOING THEREI tried to get a label printed at the location and there was a $20 price difference vs what I estimated online. When I asked why, they couldn't give me a straight answer as to why printing a label online was cheaper than doing it in store, for the same exact thing. The answers they did give made zero sense too. Even worst is I had to pay extra $ to print my label there since they couldn't price match the obvious better price.

Just got done with several items I needed to return to Amazon. Daniel the store associate was extremely helpful . I had quite a few items and not once did Daniel feel overwhelmed or annoyed with the process. This is my go to ups store from now on!!!

TWO DIFFERENT VISITS, DIFFERENT ASSOCIATES, SAME LACK OF POLICY KNOWLEDGE. I went again, this time with my printed label. To confirm there was a record that my package was insured, UPS online told me to get a signature, on a copy of the receipt, from the associate who accepted my package. Dropping off the package, I was given a receipt to show that it was dropped off. I asked for a signature on the copy of my receipt, I was declined and told that the receipt given to me would suffice.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.I submitted two Amazon returns here earlier this year.The guy tried to charge me for the returns then dropped the charge.Then the guy only returned one of the items and pocketed the other (ear buds) and I wound up having to pay for the item.
