I just was in there to buy supplies for my workday, I grabbed a tea and was going to get something out of the warm case for lunch, I said good morning to the clerk, he just looked at me, I thought maybe he didn’t here me , so I said good morning again, and he was just looking at me, so once again I said good morning, and he just looked at me disgusted with a slight eye roll, so I walked back and put my tea back in the fridge and walked out, I can spend my money elsewhere, VERY rude customer service! I’ll never shop there again! There are plenty of other places that would love to take my business!!

We came in tonight at 9pm and got 2 big bite hot dogs and a 6 pack of the belching bever beer. Our total came out to $86 something, the beer was put in at over $70! It was marked $11.68 in the fridge (we didn't end up getting the beer).
We're staying not too far away and will not ever come back to this location.

Wish I could give this 7-Eleven a ZERO stars. Had a coupon for a free small slurpee. The coupon is Valid through December 2023. I was saving it to use for my granddaughter when she came for Christmas. When I went to the cashier he said, "No no those are not good anymore". I said yes it says through December 2023. He said no that it was till December. That the coupon was sent out a couple months ago to give you time to use it. I ask why does it say "through December"? He told me I could call the corporate office. What? for a small slurpee. My granddaughter had already been drinking it. He then said she can keep that one. Let me get this straight you won't be a company that honors their word and argue over doing the right thing. But since she is drinking it you will let her have it. I left the slurpee on the counter! If they can't be honest about a little slurpee are they honest with the amount of gas I am putting in my car?

This 7-eleven has horrible customer service. They did a re grand opening a few weeks ago and gave away coupons. I missed the day by 2 days for the free slurpee. All I wanted was the cup. They wouldn't honor the coupon to tell me they had to charge me $0.50 and the cameras are watching. We have to teach these business owners that it's the little things that keep customers.

Wow it has really gone down hill and is still dropping from the look of these reviews! Just stopped by to add our 2 cents to the pile.Strangley it's the only place our Chase business cards have been hacked for fraudulent Tik Tok charges after just being used there on three different occasions same day. My son and I are grown men who definitely don't Tik Tok! The drink area floor here is about how I would imagine a sticky trap for critters would be. The front entry yellow traction slip matt is a lawsuit in the making when you see it!! In my opinion some of the owner responses for this location with these reviews are basically chatbot laughable. On the flipside the 7.11 at Stanford Ranch & Sunset is fantastic!

This location is very clean and has friendly staff. I come here on all the time on my breaks. Great place to get some quick fuel for yourself and your car.

The cashier assumed I was Mexican just because I am latina, no all Latinos are Mexican? the right question would have been “where are you from”? Not say “You are Mexican aren’t you” then he proceeds to ask me questions as if trying to make a conversation. I just had to get out of there fast ?Then I saw that he came outside few seconds after me, made me feel even more weird.

Hot food variety lacking. Out of sprite. Parking was a disaster. Attendant was a bit stand offish. Prices out of control. Nevada is less then an hour away an prices are vastly different. Im avoiding this franchise in California from now on.
