Had to pay my rent through Chase, because my landlord have Chase Banking. When I went for the first few visits, the teller Elena was very rude. ( Started FEBRUARY 2019 ) Around til October - November now, she seems not so rude....

I wanted to open a new account for my business. I had come from another location who could not help me because the 2 people they had working the floor were busy. One waiting. Bye. Came here and OMGosh, same thing! I cannot believe they send coupons, (i did not happen to have one), to get people to come to their bank and the customer service is HORRIBLE. You know, you cannot call them unless you have an account. Their endeavor to be hands off has caused them to see me walk out the door, twice! Hohum. I am now down the street at Bank of the West and I get great service, much cheaper and they KNOW ME. LOL.

My husband and I started a bank account and received first class customer service. Trevor did an outstanding job of listening to us and our needs. He made sure everything was taken care of including our ability to check into our new mobile app. We definitely are happy we chose this bank and received such personalized service.

The only reason they're getting 2 stars is because one lady at a cubicle (long brown curly hair) was great. The people behind the counter are inconsistent and suck at customer service. There's clearly a training issue going on at this branch. And the manager was unhelpful to mom and I when trying to get money transferred to euro's for a trip to Spain. Yes, you read that correctly, the MANAGER was unhelpful and unwilling to help. This makes no sense to me and after multiple bad experiences at this location I will not return.

I went in there this morning to ask a simple question about my recently opened account and why my fiancé temporary bank card was not working. I didn't get the lady's name who help me but she was of middle eastern decent. She was super rude and kept asking me why I have 2 cards. 1st of all one is for my fiancé. And second of all why is that her business. She could clearly see 2 names on the account. She continued to snicker and ask irrelevant questions while laughing. I have never felt so uninvited into any bank in my life. You have MY money treat me with respect. Safe to say I will never visit this branch again because if I wanted to be treated like a 5 year old I would go back to elementary school.

We recently moved back to California after being gone for several years. Chase sent us several promotional coupons to try and win our business, and it worked. But the best part was meeting Heather, who opened our myriad new accounts. I brought in a list of what we had in our former home state and she methodically set up comparable accounts for all our various family members. She is knowledgeable, personable and professional and has really gotten to know our family as each person has gone in to sign the needed documents. I've also dealt with a couple of the tellers and it's always been a good experience. I second Donna S's review - I like the way my whole family is treated here.

I really like this Chase bank. The people working here are super nice, super helpful. It is never really crowded and does not have long lines. I have banked with Chase for many years and have found them to be easy to deal with. Ok , it is a bank, so I can't really review how great the food is! I like the way I am treated here and that's what counts . Small town atmosphere.
