Bought a high mileage work truck from here and it’s in excellent condition for its age and mileage. My kids love it. Very clean and professional business. They really took care of me. I went to Quality916 as I was looking for another work truck. I came from Oroville. I worked with Chetty where he took my license to allow for test drive. I loved the test drive and we started paperwork. Well insurance hadn’t sent me proper paperwork but he assured me he will hold the truck for me while I got the paperwork together. It took me a few days to get back to him but being worried he might sale it anyways based on past experience with other dealerships I had to give him a call just to check. Again Chetty assured me that the truck was mine and waiting for me. Had SOLD sign with my name on it. Great used quality cars with honest people. Thanks Quality916.

My wife and I were dreading the experience of buying a vehicle. Quality Pre-Owned and Chetty made this a hassle free, pain free, and positive experience! Chetty treated us like family. He was helpful without being aggressive or pushy. We felt welcomed and comfortable from the start. The car buying process was smooth and fast once we decided to pull the trigger. Furthermore, about a week after we bought the vehicle, we realized the back seats didn’t have seat belt buckle receivers. I called Chetty on a Saturday and he immediately apologized and told me to bring the car in on Monday. Within a couple of hours the problem was fixed with no hassle, no argument, and no extra fees. I highly recommend this dealership and will likely buy from them again in the future.

I had the best experience here! Did lots of research of the kind of truck I wanted , used of course cause that's what I wanted. Anyway I found exactly what I was looking for here at Quality and do I filled out the paperwork online and got pre approved. Got a call immediately after and jammed down there to test drive the vehicle. I felt really good about the vehicle I was inquiring about because they actually had the a full list of all the services completed. The vehicle was very clean and all the used cars here look like they all have brand new tires! Quick in and out experience, paperwork took the longest but overall I highly recommend this place. Plus after about 5 months of having my vehicle I got a call from them saying they found one of my keys! Drove down there and they saved me $200 cause I was getting ready to get another spare made, now I'm good. Thanks again
