Dr. Mikaela was absolutely amazing and talked to my kids and I gracefully throughout the whole process. She was comforting and very patient with my sons and I couldn't have asked for a more professional and sympathetic person to help us through the difficult situation. “With most of the vets it town being bought out by the same corporation, insistent on raising prices & forcing unnecessary procedures... it was a real breath of fresh air to find Four Paws. They were warm & kind, the office is clean and inviting, and full of art by local artists. You can tell that this vet is proud to be a helpful and welcoming part of the community. They patiently explained all my dog's issues that the last vet didn't bother communicating, and I left feeling like my pup is in great hands.”
“Over the weekend our dear elderly cat became very ill. We took him to an Auburn vet and they prescribed antibiotics. By Monday it was clear they were not working so I called the vet we used for years (Best Friends). The front desk told us we would have to drop him off, they didn't check with the Dr., just put up a wall. So we called Brighton Greens. At first they said there would be a $140 emergency charge and we were fine with that, but after checking they found a cancellation and got us in within two hours. After consulting with the vet we decided it was time to give our kitty relief. We were able to to be with him. It seems we may have found our new vet.”

“After coming home to a house filled with blood splatter I assumed the worst and thought one of my 6 animals was a goner. I searched the house to find my tiny baby girl Gizmo with blood all over her and a wounded tail. I grabbed her and flew down the hill into town. I called my now old vet and they couldn't fit me in (it was 3pm) but said if I paid $140 I could be seen as an emergency plus any other fees associated with the visit. I was bawling and couldn't understand why the fee was so expensive. I hung up and went straight to Four Paws. They took my sweet baby straight away and helped her immediately. I was frantic and a complete mess, everyone including Jessica was so comforting and eased my fears! I went to the this vet office because I knew Dr.Lester and had complete trust she could save my cat. I don't know why I ever went to any other office and thinking back I should have been bringing all my animals here. From now on I will only go to Dr Lester! We may have to amputate her tail but she had an alternative with a special dose of medicine to help Gizmos pain for a month! We are going to be monitoring her and going back in three weeks for a follow up. I am a trusted and loved pet sitter in the community, and not only will Dr Lester be the only vet I recommend, she will be forever in my thoughts and prayers. I absolutely love this place, don't even try the other offices in town. They way overcharge and won't be as helpful in an emergency as Four Paws! All the staff there were amazing, and we will tell the whole world about our awesome experience there!”

“At the farm is an amazing service! Dr. ******** is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Some pets don't travel well so it's very convenient she comes to you. She comes in and it's over before they know what's happening. Much less stressful for them”
