My friend applied for Citibank and I overheard a lady (probably one of the managers) talking on the phone about my friend's sister that used to work here and was treated poorly to not hire my friend because they are not "genuine." Just happened to hear that at the right time. This is the perfect example of companies mistreating their employees and not giving a hardworking person like my friend who is so kind with so much experience a chance just because her sister was treated horribly here. Never coming to this location again.

I am a customer of Citibank customer service manager Ms. Wang Jin. Her service is warm and thoughtful, patient, meticulous, and professional. She is the best and most loved bank account manager I have ever met.

CITI Bank Rowland Hts has good professional service except Lydia and Ken. The service attitude and professional training of other employees are insufficient. It is difficult for anyone to answer the phone. It is very inconvenient for customers to make deposits. I have to go three times for a CD deposit. The first time I said it was after 3 o'clock and I was too busy and I didn't have time to apply. The second time I said I needed to make an appointment. The third time I arrived at the counter appointment time at 3 pm on January 2, 2024, but I was told that there was no service person at the counter to help make the appointment. At work, ask me to reschedule. I said: Your bank should call me and tell me not to come or arrange for other personnel to serve. . Later, I was served by a ZIM Ms. Wang (who was very impatient and had a bad attitude) and asked for assistance in modifying other beneficiaries of the old deposits. However, she was not allowed and I had to go to Lydia next week to go through the modification procedures. Later, I went directly to the City Of Industry branch and received very good service.

Everyone at this branch was helpful when I opened my personal account. The branch manager, Virginia, went above and beyond to help open my business account 6 months later. It was raining and I would have been late to my scheduled appointment around closing time. She suggested that I email her all the documents for my business so she can have a staff member do the work and I can come the next day to sign the paperwork. I showed up the next day and waited a few minutes and was out within 15 minutes. I appreciate that they valued my time and respect me as a customer. Thanks everyone for your assistance.

I was there during busy lunch hour. They were efficient even though it looked like they were short staff. The teller assisted me was friendly and provided me with professional services. The place looked clean and neat. They still have wipes and hand sanitizer for customers to use. I felt at eased because of that.

The staffs at this branch are always friendly and helpful. Not only did they help me with regular transitions, one of the staff even help me redeem my credit card points into gift cards. Great service.

Around a week ago, we came to this branch because we had to take care of some banking situations in a timely matter. We didn’t know it’s crucial to make appts but nobody was able to see us and we traveled over 65+ miles to this location because there’s Mandarin speaking employees. Ms. Jin Wang, one of the bankers, overheard our frustrations and kindly informed us that one of her clients canceled their appt and would be able to squeeze us in. Ms. Wang was very kind, patient, and informative in regards to all of our questions and situation. - Thank you again, Ms. Wang!

Citibank… Kasey from new accounts helped me with opening a couple new accounts today. Kasey is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She’s a true professional. The branch is clean and well organized. I plan to continue banking here.
